Here are some things you need to know before staying here that’s not on the VRBO listing:
•They do have beach equipment for use in the closet by the front door. Chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels, floats, boogie boards, volleyball and air pump. They also have tennis rackets and balls.
•There’s a few card games.
•There’s 4 box fans in master closet to use.
•The bikes that come with the rental are blue with green rims and say Oversee on them, located under the stairwell under the room or opposite side.
•The beach access is not far at all! However, it does lead to a “private” beach on either side that belongs to the condos on each side and their umbrellas and chairs are set up daily so you have to walk “200 ft” to the left for the public beach area. But this is not strictly enforced and if you get down there early enough to put up your chairs right by the beach the chair boys won’t say much. They also don’t mind if you set up behind the condo’s chairs either. There’s a man that is on the beach daily there, his name is JT and a very nice man who has some good stories to tell!
•Using the bikes and a golf cart are a must if you want to go down to Seaside. You can drive there but finding a parking spot is not easy. And riding the bikes are fun! Not a bad ride at all over to Seaside.
•Master bed and double full beds are comfortable. The queen bed is hard.
Overall, we had a great time, there’s several restaurants and a gas station that is in walking distance.
