We had a wonderful time in Seagrove. The condo was clean, well equipped and across the street from beach access.

3 days in Seagrove Beach

My girlfriend and I had a great time. We have stayed at Beachwood Villas before, but this was the best unit I have ever rented. Very clean, comfortable furniture and a full washer and dryer! We would rent this unit again!

Perfect Location and Beautiful Condo

We had the best stay at Beachwood Villas! The condo itself is nicely decorated and so clean! The location is perfect as you can walk to many places and the beach access isn’t far. Management was great about communicating any issues (a lock on the door needing to be repaired) and was even fixed before we arrived. Overall we loved our stay and would consider coming back.

Perfect getaway

Condo size was perfect and comfortable and very clean. Having washer/dryer in unit was so convenient. I would maybe suggest having information on the tv channels offered so it isn’t too difficult to find what you want, for those that don’t do streaming. Would definitely return to this unit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was the prefect size for my daughter and I. Location is great and easy to get to everywhere on 30a. Management company was accommodating and friendly. My only suggestion would be to add a dresser in bedroom or laundry room so we could take clothes out of suitcase.

We will definitely stay here next time we come down. The only thing that wasn’t excellent was that couch. The throw pillows don’t make up for the lack of back couch cushions - it’s super uncomfortable to sit on. Thanks s much for letting a stay and enjoy your nice place and wonderful area!

Our stay

We were good with the condo property. The office and communication with management was poor; office was closed the whole time we were there. Never able to contact and arrange the $40 discount with Vacayzen or do anything with it. No one answers the phone and due to the 4th holiday everyone was off. Pool was full of algae and just nasty. We did like the condo, it was nice.
