Quiet Property Minutes from Shopping, Dining, Entertainment and More

House was very clean and spacious - more than enough for our stay. Quiet neighborhood that makes you feel like you are off the beaten track yet just minutes from all that the pan handle of Florida has to offer. I would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway that is still in the middle of the hustle and bustle of 30A.

Wonderful home and location!

Lakeside is our favorite spot on 30A and this home is the best. We love that all the bedrooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed and the home is decorated nicely. Fantastic stay for our family and friends. We’ll be back!

Blue Mountain Beach Perfection

We love this neighborhood and have stayed there 4 times. We’ve had wonderful experiences with all the homes we stayed in but this is our favorite house so far though. Beautifully decorated and with so many amenities and extras to make your stay perfect. We will definitely come back to this area and this house. Highly recommend!

Beautiful high end property

This house is beautiful with a great layout and high end fixtures and fittings. It is well equipped with quality kitchenware and luxurious beds. We all slept very well! We love the Blue Mountain beaches which are easy to get to from this property. We will be back!

This house was everything and more!

We have stayed in several homes and areas in 30A. This home and location may have been my favorite! Beautiful, accessible to everything and quite honestly perfect! We had zero complaints. And we are picky!

BMB trip

We had a great stay at this property! It was exactly like the pictures and description- well stocked, tastefully decorated and clean. Chairs, umbrellas and toys for the beach in the garage were in great shape and perfect for out of state visitors. The location was decent but a little far to walk with beach gear and parking was limited. A golf cart or car is useful for all the beach gear. Other than that, the location is walking distance to the Creamery and several restaurants. We would definitely recommend and book again.

Great place for a family vacation

We had a total of 10 people (6 adults; 4 kids ages 1 to 6). The King beds in the three full bedrooms were great. The bunk room with three beds was perfect for the kids. We spent many hours on the large front porch. The short walk to the beach made it easy to come and go. And the proximity to several places to eat was super convenient. We are looking for our next trip to this area and would love to stay at this property every time we go! Also, the owner was very responsive throughout the entire process.

Perfect 30A Getaway

We have stayed at several locations along 30A but this may be the best rental we have used! Isel is an amazing host, communicating frequently and super accommodating. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of busy 30A so very little traffic and noise. A golf cart rental is essential for easy transportation to and from the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. There are several beach access points which is great during peak times. The only drawback is minimal parking but we were able to figure it out. The house is beautiful, has everything you would need and was super clean when we arrived. The community pool is smaller but perfect for a cool down after a day at the beach. We definitely will try to come back here!

This was our first time staying in 30A. We loved the quiet community feeling. If not having a beachfront view is okay then this is the place to stay. I highly recommend it!

Amazing area and home

This home is beautiful and very clean, Isel is an amazing host and is very helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this beach home that is minutes away from blue mountain beach. The home is set with all the things you could need for a family trip and has beautiful decor and full kitchen with the options to stay in and cook dinner. Thanks again for everything!

The Best Place!

This home is so clean, stocked, and very roomy. The neighborhood is very quiet. We were close to the beach and the Blue Mountain Creamery and many other places. We had a wonderful time. The owner was so nice to work with. We would like a vacation home just like this one!

Loved this property in every way, of all the rentals I have stayed, this one tops them!! Great stocked kitchen, the little extras like liquid soap at ALL the sinks, zip lock bags, lots of kitchen cooking utensils! Super comfortable beds, plenty of space, extra supplies for the beach AND decorated beautifully, very clean, porch rocking chairs & swing, quiet, peaceful neighborhood, walking distance to great Mexican food, great proximity to beach and Isel, the property manager was helpful, extremely responsive and went out of her way to accommodate any need we had….I would highly recommend this property! Thanks again for an awesome experience!
