Location /view is amazing! Perfect size for 2 people. Sad to say the place was DIRTY! Our first day was spent cleaning and waiting for a new mattress. Allison was awesome with getting the mattress and a new shower curtain. they refunded half the cleaning fee but I do feel it should have been the entire day! Would we stay again, yes just not the unit we were in. It had everything for the kitchen but there was no broom. We went and bought one. All rugs including outside porch rugs are terribly worn and need replaced. But we stayed and got through it. It really needs a deep cleaning and updates and a good paint job. If it had not been for the staff being so kind we would have left. I sent pics and a video of the NASTY bathroom to management team. I have never seen anything like what I went through to get it cleaned. The owner should be ashamed that they dont update and paint the place because once we got over the issues it is an adorable little place. But needs lots of cleaning painting and love. Even with kids running above us until after 11pm in the unit above us , we chose to just let it be and turned up the TV. Wifi is less than good , again we made it work. Hope to go again as the sunset and rise are beautiful from your porch area.. Melissa in TN

Beautiful View

It was wonderful to have the ocean in my backyard for a week. We are just a couple so we weren’t bothered by the double flight of stairs to the beach, however if dragging a cooler is your thing this wouldn’t be easy. We loved biking the 30A bike trail that is very close. It is an easy ride to Grayton Beach and all the way to Rosemary Beach. The condo was decorated beautifully and we loved the blue leather couch. It could use a deep clean of the cabinet handles and updated cookware (stock pot and skillet were scratched up nonstick surface) All in all we loved our stay!

Last Minute Trip

This property was amazing. Cute condo with a spectacular view. Perfect location. We Booked on the day before our trip. The communication and check in was super easy. The beach access was convenient. Although you do need to go up and down stairs. This was not an issue for us. Would have liked the patio to have a chase lounge and not be as cluttered. There was a lot of unnecessary furniture. Overall it was a great place. We will definitely book again.

Winter escape

We enjoyed our stay! It was the first time taking our fur baby to the beach and this spot was perfect. He couldn't go on the beach but we watched sunsets from our porch. There was a nice little grassy area for us to take him out which was very convenient. This location was all about the view. The hosts had excellent communication from the very beginning. No complaints at all.

Fantastic beacht view

Fantastic view of the beach just beow the unit. Moden apartment with up-to -date appliances. Nice unit for the two of us. For those who are mobile=challenged there are 20-25 steps to access the beach below.

Beautiful Ocean View

Great for a couple. Just enough room. Located where you can see the beautiful beach and Ocean from the kitchen, living room and porch outside. Very relaxing. Shops and restaurants close. The best ice cream just a block away at Blue Mountain Creamery. Housekeeping could have done a little better job but over all it was a fantastic stay. I would come back.

Tight, but Great!!

It was a tight squeeze for all 7 of us, but the location was perfect! You’re a 20 second walk to the private beach access with a front row seat to gorgeous views every day!! The only negative was the king size mattress in the master needs to be replaced and the stove burners were not working properly. Other than that, FANTASTIC and totally worth the money!!
