**The Space**

This 1,659 square foot townhome offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests. Two king suites provide private, restful retreats for adults, each featuring blackout curtains that make actual sleep possible no matter what time the sun comes up. The primary suite also includes a sound machine and a spacious walk-in closet, so unpacking and settling in feels like home rather than living out of a suitcase.

The bunk room is where kids ask to sleep the moment they see it. It features a twin XL over full bunk bed plus a queen bed tucked underneath, giving families flexible sleeping arrangements for children of nearly any age, plus a pack n play available on request for the littlest travelers. Twinkle lights add a playful touch that turns bedtime into part of the vacation instead of a fight to get there.

**Good to Know**

Maximum occupancy is 7 guests. No smoking, no pets, and no parties or gatherings beyond those listed on the reservation. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am out of respect for our neighbors. A 2-night minimum stay applies. Security cameras are present at exterior entry points for safety and compliance purposes only.
