Excellent stay at Done Inn

We had a fabulous one week stay at Done Inn. The house and the location exceeded our expectations. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious… all contributing to make this our best beach vacation ever. The large kitchen provided everything that we could possibly need. The amazing porch overlooking the beach was our favorite gathering place. We plan to be back next year!!

Amazing Home!

If you want a house on a beach, this is the one! Gated community and easy access to beach! Located in the perfect spot with little traffic and only minutes away from restaurants and shopping! Loved our trip!

Annual 30A Visit

My large family ranging from 3 years old to 80 years old was very comfortable in this house and we loved every minute of our vacation. There was ample seating in the living and dining for everyone. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the beautiful views from the patios. We took full advantage of the private beach everyday

Excellent!

We had the best week, with family and beautiful weather. The Done Inn was the perfect house for our family. Everyone had their own space. Plenty of area to enjoy meals together, and the beach porch was amazing. Saw dolphins everyday. We will be back next year in this exact same house.

Wonderful family vacation

This is our second time staying at this house. It has the space needed for the family and the view is incredible. Love that it's directly on the beach and the community pool is never crowded. Well stocked kitchen but could use a new set of skillets and pots and pans. Love the ice machine and the second refrigerator.

Fall break fun!

We had a wonderful time! The house met our needs and their team was very responsive. The beach is private providing plenty of space and the location is close to all our favorite restaurants. Excellent!

The house was wonderful - exactly as described. Our unit was updated and clean with everything you could need for a week away from home. Views were spectacular from the house and the ocean/beach was perfect for kids and adults alike. The area has gyms, grocery stores and restaurants very nearby. Loved it! Would definitely return.

Beautiful but comfortable

This property was a perfect blend of lovely architecture/decor and comfort. My family felt very comfortable in the home as it had everything we needed for our family (ages 13-78) and more but the property was also quite pretty. The location was convenient to everything but still private; it was almost like a world within another world. The property manager was attentive and communicated well with us. We would certainly recommend this property!

Wonderful Vacation

The home was so beautiful. It had plenty of space for our group of 7. Even with all of the space, the decor made the home feel warm and cozy. The kitchen was set up so nice with all of the amenities that you would need to cook with. The beach access was perfect just one house away to the walkway. We could walk barefoot from the beach to the house easily without having to pack a bunch of stuff to take down to the beach with us. The private beach was so peaceful and the neighbors that own the other homes in the gated community were very friendly. The management team was very kind and quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely be staying again soon!

Perfect Place

This is the first time in a few years we have all got to go to the beach together. This house worked out great for us. The house is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, everything was very clean and well stocked. It was on the beach and the private beach was awesome! Location was fabulous! You can go either way and be in Destin or Panama City in no time! Highly recommend and hopefully we will be going back!! 10 out of 10!!!

Great house!

We had multi families in this house and found it very accommodating. Loved the ice maker and two refrigerators. Air conditioning on top floor was perfect (it's usually hot in large homes). Can't use tents on the beach but we made do with our umbrellas and the set up we got with the house. All ages has a great time!

Beautiful view

The views were outstanding, the master bedroom was large with a great view, the kitchen island was large which was good for meals. Compared to other VRBO properties we have rented this location had less supplies. There was construction going on across the street that we should have been notified about prior to coming. Some of our guest drove in from Milwaukee and the loud hammering started at 8am. We used the heated pool most days.

Beautiful Home Beautiful View

We spent our yearly family vacation here and thoroughly enjoyed each other and the beach view!! The sunsets were breathtaking and the clean, white sand beach and varying colors of blues in the ocean were breathtaking. Lots of good coffee and conversations on the balcony each morning to begin the days. The kitchen was equipped with all that we needed and was nicely arranged with a large island in the middle. A nice feature was the outdoor shower to rinse sand off after a day at the beach. The only thing that would have been a helpful addition would have been a full bath for the bedroom on the first floor…….there is a half bath. The other 4 bedrooms had their own bathrooms. We appreciated the big ice machine and extra fridge in the utility room along with oversized washer and dryer. It was not overcrowded on our private beach which was nice but if you want to find busier beaches and cute shops, they are not far…..Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor all had cute shops and lots of restaurants. Destin and Sandestin are not far either. You will not be disappointed with this place!

Sand, Sun and Amazing Family Reunion!!

We have been coming to this area for years and wow! This home is truly 5 stars! Location: private neighborhood with private beach, one house off 30A, and in the center of it all, yet in this quaint, quiet neighborhood. Property: Kitchen is gorgeous! For a Southern Family who loves to congregate around the kitchen, it was such a blessing. (Please note: if you do plan to do a lot of cooking and will be using “speciality items”., you might want to consider bringing them with you.) With grandparents getting older and limiting their time on the beach, great memories occurred around the kitchen island, living room and on the gorgeous and expansive deck! The view is truly one in a million! Kids room is on the first floor with 5 beds and was perfect to house all the grand children. This was a week where we did not say, “good bye”, but “Until Next Year”! Also, the management company was responsive, caring, and truly great. We had a few maintenance issues come up at the beginning of our stay and they were all promptly addressed with Grace and Care. Absolutely no stress.

Great beach front property. Would definitely return

We stayed with another family and thoroughly enjoyed this home. The location was ideal, the view was outstanding, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We loved that the living room was large enough for us to sit in to visit and play games and enjoy our time together. It also had a grill similar to a big green egg that we could grill some meals. The dining table was large enough to accommodate our crew and comfortable enough to sit and play card games in the evening. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with the dishes needed to cook, but unlike some other rentals we've had in the past, there were no seasonings (other than salt and pepper), Saran Wrap, olive oil or anything like that. Not a big deal but just good to know as you do your grocery trip for the stay. There were bikes in the garage, but the tires were not aired up enough to use them. There was a community pool that was still heated when we went so the kids were able to swim on a day we didn't go down to the beach. We loved our stay in this house and would definitely stay again. We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay at Done Inn and were able to use all of the wonderful spaced that the property and neighborhood has to offer! We apologize for the bike tires being low and would have been happy to come help fill them for you. We also try and advertise the starter pack that comes with the rental and remove all unused spices and amenities like that due to COVID-19 precautions. Great week on the beach

Everything was wonderful. Everything we needed was there (grill, bikes, beach towels,stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, etc.). Communication was easy as was getting in and out of house. This complex felt very safe and we saw the security guard on numerous occasions. There was easy access to the beach and pool. We loved everything about this place.
