Sitting in the Cassine Gardens, a quiet and charming neighborhood in a natural setting boasting on-site tennis courts, your choice of two pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, and a pond, this home will allow you to enjoy tranquil water views out on the private patio, or head out and take advantage of all the great amenities on-site. The full kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and all the tools you need to create delicious vacation meals. Each curated bedroom features a ceiling fan for custom guest comfort, and the main bedroom features a private balcony. The private washer/dryer will ensure that everyone can pack light. Come enjoy the friendly atmosphere for yourself.

The property was just as it was described. The decor was well done and the proximity to the lake was amazing. Loved the views. Easy walk to the beach and nice to be able to hop in the pool right across from the home.

Cute and Clean. Walkable to beach and restaurants. Pool was just across the way. We really enjoyed our stay. Cozy and quiet neighborhood. We flew in…. and were disappointed that no beach towels were provided.

Spring Break

We loved the townhome. It was well appointed and the pond was beautiful and tranquil. It was a close walk to the beach. We rented bikes and loved biking throughout the area. Perfect spring break!

Came down for an engagement party. Cute apartment. Plenty of room. The washer and dryer was outside was the only thing that was a little different. Would stay again.

Perfect Out of the Way Getaway

We rented the property for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. We really enjoyed being away from the crowds and the quiet surroundings of this property. We would certainly rent it again in the future.

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The townhouse was a few short steps from one of the community pools. 7 minute walk to the beach. Several restaurants very close by with a couple that are within a very short walk. The neighborhood is very peaceful, especially at night. We will probably stay here again at some point.

Great location in quiet area

We enjoyed a great stay in Cassine Gardens. Great location with short walk across street to public beach access. Bike rental within walking distance. Close enough to bike to Seaside. Could hear neighbors through walls but not extreme. Would stay here again

Seaside Half Marathon Stay

Property was convenient to Seaside (approx. 7 min drive). Beach access was a fairly easy walk (we didnt take beach items, just ourselves). Community could definitely use some attention, like pressure washing wood and repairs!

Great Little getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this townhome. It had everything we needed and was quiet. The unit was on a pond with a fountain which was nice. Had my tea out on the bedroom balcony each morning. Thanks

We had power issues with internet and operating lights in main bathroom. Slow response in resolving our issues. Bathroom lighting never resolved during our stay. Good location to beach and nice area.

Very smooth experience all around. All around very nice. If I had to pick anything it’d be that the back door was tough to open and the screen door very difficult to slide. The front screen door needs repair also but again, minor issues.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. There were just a few things that could have been different to make the stay even better. The biggest issue was the locks on the sliding doors. They were super loose, so if we shut the door, it would lock, leaving us locked out. That’s not good if you’re stuck on the top balcony. Also, none of the doors inside had locks on them so there was not much privacy in the bathrooms or bedrooms. The only other issue was the lack of cooking utensils in the kitchen. It made it tricky to cook without a skillet. Other than these things, we enjoyed our stay, the place was clean, and was a great location for restaurants and shopping!

Disappointing

Run down. dangerous extension cords. Washer outside and rusted interior. Sofa & chair terrible. Absolutely overpriced. We moved out after two days. After ten years will not use VRBO again.
