Buyer Beware: We will never stay at any Beachwalk Properties. The customer service is horrible. The garage code didn’t work, the kitchen was missing basic utensils (knives and spatula), pots/pans were dirty, drier didn’t work, and no internet/WiFi/TV. They said they’d fix the garage code so we could access the garage from outside, but that never happened. They knew it didn’t work but pretended it was an error from us, but it was finally admitted they knew it didn’t work. The internet went out halfway through our visit which is needed for WiFi calling due to coverage. They never fixed it. It was cold a couple days, with weather advisories and we had nothing to do in the house to keep3 children occupied (including a baby). There wasn’t a dvd player or boardgames/card games. They never tried to remedy the situation. We went on this trip to celebrate a birthday, and couldn’t watch any movies as a family. We couldn’t watch the ball drop on NYE. We couldn’t work remote. The company wouldn’t return phone calls, messages, emails. They sent us a checkout message and finally responded, 3 days later. We visit this area often and will run if Beachwalk is the property managers for any properties, we want to stay at in the future.
