Condo-Dunes of Seagrove- 204C-7500 Piscina de pies cuadrados

Una espectacular nueva unidad de lujo frente al golfo de dos habitaciones. Ubicado en las "Dunas de Seagrove" con vista a la piscina / jacuzzi y al Golfo. ¡La piscina es increíble! Las características incluyen una piscina de 7500 pies cuadrados, doble nivel con cascadas y una bañera de hidromasaje. Hay un gimnasio equipado con sauna y vapor en el lugar. Cancha de tenis suave y alquiler de playa en el lugar.

Nuestra unidad es de 1150 pies cuadrados, dos habitaciones, dos baños. Tiene techos de 10 pies de altura con ventiladores en todas partes. Las grandes puertas del patio lo invitan a pasar la tarde en el enorme balcón cubierto donde puede sentarse y ver las hermosas puestas de sol. Tiene una decoración muy cómoda pero lujosa que te hará sentir como en casa. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, TV / VCR y está contiguo a un amplio baño con tocador doble, bañera de hidromasaje y ducha. Hay un paseo al balcón y la vista del Golfo desde el maestro. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen, TV / VCR y está adyacente al segundo baño. En la gran sala, también hay una cama queen. Nuestro espacio de estacionamiento debajo del edificio está inmediatamente adyacente al elevador.

Estamos ubicados a menos de un cuarto de milla del Parque Estatal Deer Lake, que le brinda millas de playa desierta para caminar. Hay un sendero para bicicletas de 16 millas que corre a lo largo de la autopista 30-A, donde se encuentran numerosos restaurantes excelentes. Rosemary Beach está a 10 millas al este y Seaside está a tres millas al oeste.

Great Location

Great stay. Love the balcony, the pool, the beach and the view. The mattresses have seen better days. Easy access to the beach and chair service was available every day needed. Would recommend.

Great location. Great stay

Property is great. Low crowds and large beach front. Lovely pool. The view from the condo is lovely. The condo has all you need for a great trip. Bob is a great host.

Great 2nd Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much last year that we decided to stay there again this year. The condo is clean and in a great location. It has beautiful views from the patio, a great pool for kids, and is a short walk from the private beach. Our host, Bob, was very responsive and a great host.

Spring break get away

Enjoyed our stay. Beach is beautiful. Loved the condo. No problems except the weather, but there is no control over that. Still better then at home. Recommend the Steamboat Grill to eat at.

Dunes- Seagrove Beach, Fl.

Our vacation to the Dunes - Seagrove Beach was excellent. The Condo owner was one of the best we have ever experienced. The owner was very communicative, helpful and very friendly. The unit was spacious, well maintained and and very easy on somewhat elderly visitors. Would highly recommend to others traveling to the Florida beaches.

Wonderful Location - Beautiful Condo

We loved everything about this Condo. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and the beach beyond. We arranged for Beach Chair service, which I highly recommend. The location is so convenient to everything Seaside and 30A have to offer. The owner was super-responsive and helpful. We would love to return!

The condo was exactly as described. Great value for being on the beach in Seagrove. Bob was very nice to work with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. No problems with anything in the condo except for the tv. You need an HDMI cable to stream tv and a laptop. No smart tvs in the condo. But there wasn’t a lot of tv time, so overall… it was perfect. Thanks Bob for sharing your home.

Beach and pool awesome

Dunes at Seagrove (204C).great facilities, pool, beach access are all great. Had excellent weather and a good time! Cleanliness of unit was much to be desired. Appliances, bath fixtures door locks, etc ….all need work or updating.

Beautiful view of pool and ocean

We loved the area. The property owner was very nice and immediately addressed our needs. The place needs a deep cleaning. Carpet in bedrooms was very stained and furniture a bit worn out. With that said we had an amazing time and loved the beautiful views and we were steps away from ocean and pool. We would definitely return to property.

Great Beach Location

My family takes a yearly beach vacation, each time looking for places we’ve never stayed. Bob’s place on 30A is conveniently located next to a public beach access as well as having its own private access. Also making it nice is that it’s 10 minutes from a large Publix, 1 minute from bike and golf cart rentals, and .5 mile from 2 really good restaurants (Steamboat Grill, and Old Fish House). The beach in front of the complex is private. If you want a front row chair and umbrella from the complex, you’ll want to get in line at 7:30am each morning, as it’s first come, first served. We had a great time. We’ll definitely be back

Filthy, needs to be deep cleaned and serviced.

This property is managed by the owner, who lives in another state. He is not aware of the condition or the lack of service he is getting from his employees. Do not stay in this unit on this property.

Access to pool and beach was most important feature. Owner provided only one wristband with missing buckle. Notified owner upon arrival. Owner did nothing to provide additional wristbands, even after reminder.

Family vacation

The location and beach/pool access was perfect for our family. Having a baby and toddler is all about convenience at this point! The only complaint was the upkeep of the condo. My sons legs were black from crawling around on the floors. Stuff is falling apart and the place needs a DEEP clean. I totally get not wanting to put a lot of money into a rental but atleast keep up with the cleanliness and minor repairs. I would definitely stay at this complex again just maybe not this unit due to the state it was in.

Beautiful area

Communication with owner was great, however we had no a/c for 5 days (of 7). It was out a week prior to our arrival as well and we were notified that the part to fix the a/c wasn’t in, on the day we were to arrive. It was miserable all 5 days :(. I just wish we would’ve been informed before we made our way down because we have a 10 month old and it was really difficult for him to tolerate. It stayed in the 80s all week inside. The washer and dryer did not work, we had to use the laundry mat to wash our clothes. Bob did refund our money for the inconvenience of not having a washer and dryer. Aside from all of that, the condo and area are beautiful. The beach hasn’t got much room because all of the chairs and umbrellas (you have to rent) and on the left side there is a public beach access and on the right side it’s private. So if you’re preparing to have a tent or anything like that on the beach then you need to get out super early to put it up.

Good but not great

I know how important accurate reviews are for me when deciding on a property to vacation at so I want to give a detailed review of our stay. First the positives, Bob is a kind and communicative host. He was easy to contact and responsive. The complex has nice amenities with a well appointed fitness room as well as a lovely pool with easy access to the beach. The couch and loveseat were new and comfortable. The negatives were that floors were quite dirty and I wouldn't have wanted children on them. The rugs need to be replaced as does the carpet in the bedrooms with hard surfaces. None of the tv's worked with wifi so no streaming amazon, netfix, etc. There is satellite but you can't use the on-demand feature because of the lack of wifi nor could you mirror from your device. You'll need an Hdmi cable and a laptop to hook up to the tv neither of which we brought. The lighting in the master bathroom needs some help as it flickers or doesn't light up all the way so it was very dim. The mattress on the king size bed is collapsing and was very hard on my back in spite of the egg crate topper they had added. It needs to be replaced. All in all, the unit needs attention I'm sad to say. As I said before though, the host was kind and communicative. I'm not sure he's aware of the condition of his place.

Great Location, Wonderful Amenities!

We loved the location! The view from the nice big balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there with coffee or eating lunch at the table. Very short walk to the pool and beach, which was awesome! We used the beautiful, big pool every day, used the pickle ball court 3 times and used the fitness center twice. We weren't able to rent bikes on site, but the people at the desk were helpful and gave us a number to do that. The condo was spacious and perfect for a family of 4. The kitchen had most of what we needed to make breakfast and lunch each day. Just missing wash cloths. While the condo was pretty clean, the carpets in bedrooms are very dirty or severely stained. Bob mentioned that the carpets had recently been cleaned. They didn't look like they had been. Either the carpet company did a poor job, or carpets are so badly stained that there isn't much more they can do. My suggestion is replace carpets ASAP. The condo really needs to be updated. It seems to have all of the original counter tops, cabinets, appliances, ect. Even the decor is all very outdated and could definitely be changed out for something more fresh and stylish. While looking at other condos on VRBO in the same complex, Dunes of Seagrove, this one seemed to be the only one that hadn't been updated. I didn't take away any stars for being outdated as we knew from the pictures what we were getting. Just felt like we stepped back in time about 20 years. Overall, we had a nice stay!
