All we had was a kitchenette, but it’s really all we needed. It was a great two day experience. Great location. Owner was fabulous.

The apartment was perfect for us. We were there to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and had a wonderful time. The apartment was in a great location and having the 2 bikes included was a perfect. We loved our time there and Tom was very nice. Thank you so much for renting the unit to us.. we loved it!!

This was our second time staying at this carriage house. It is clean, comfortable and a perfect place in watercolor for a couple. Communication with the owner is excellent. Highly recommend.

Great place for a couple

We loved staying at this carriage house. Tom was easy to communicate with and the house was perfect for us. It's clean, comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend and would like to rent again.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Well appointed, comfortable and private in a lovely tree-lined neighborhood. Easy walks to the beach, pools, and restaurants. We will be back!

Excellent experience!

Tom is such an amazing host. He was easily accessible when needed. The place is beautiful and exactly as described. Really enjoyed our trip here and would totally book again!

Loved our stay in Watercolor! Extremely spacious and comfy (especially the bed) with plenty of storage and everything you need. Close to Publix. Great communication with the host Tom, thank you!

Cozy and comfortable. Beautiful guesthouse to return to each evening. Will be back! Wonderful host.The big pool at the Watercolor Beach Club was dirty and closed for much of our stay. Disappointing.

First Watercolor experience

Wonderful spot in the best family friendly community. Beautiful amenities in carriage home and community. A bit crowded-but it was spring break season! Great time with many of our home town friends that also traveled down to seaside.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Watercolor and were very pleased with the accommodations. The place was clean and welcoming and we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the two bikes that were available for our use. Would highly recommend and look forward to a visit in the future.
