Complex was great with lots of amenities, room was nice and all my questions were quickly responded to. Air conditioner struggled to really cool the room but it was ok. Body wash dispenser in shower was empty. Overall, no real complaints.

Great location but smells like urine

This is in a great location, easily walkable to the beach and local eateries. However, the accommodations were just OK. The unit itself smells like urine, and when I let the management know, they simply suggested I “open a window” and did not apologize or offer any air freshener. We enjoyed our time, but the accommodations didn’t feel as nice as advertised.

Great location!

The condo is in a great location and is very clean. It's a bit dark, even with all the lights on at night and the TV is ridiculously small. Currently, the elevator is out so if you have a lot of personal items to lug up to the 4th floor, you might want to make sure it's working before booking. It was not easy lugging up a large suitcase and cooler along with other personal items. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are terrible. You might want to bring your own. It is small but clean and the perfect spot for a short stay.

Clean. Across street from beach. Convenient. Restaurants within walking. Elevator alarm went off all day and into the late night. property managers were contacted 2x. Had to leave property because we could not sleep. Vacasa property managers did not help settle the issue after speaking with multiple people. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

We didn’t have a good experience here! Not good instructions to work the tv. The tv froze constantly! The patio door was not secure. The fan made noise. The air conditioner made noise. The pillows weren’t good quality. The couch was worn out. We have a rental on 30a and our mgmt company would never allow those issues in our property.

Excellent Place

Great vacation. All as advertised. 5 stars. Location and area amenities, top notch! Written TV instructions were inaccurate and signal required constant reboot. Front desk and maintenance were responsive.

Santa Rosa Beach

We had a nice overnight trip. My daughter and I had access to the public and private beach as well as the private pool. There was a great coffee shop, Pizza Place, the perfect pig, and a great restaurant on the same block. The only negative was construction right next-door as well as a super early check out and a very late check in. That made it hard for a one night stay.

Wasn't as expected....

There was no storage at all for our clothes....there was no dishwasher but they had dishwasher pods, there was nothing but Bthrm sink to wash dishes. Tv would not work, but they did send someone by to look at, we had already gotten it to play movies,was told everyone was having TV issues, not enough service for the amount of people. Sand was everywhere in our room, did not appear to have been swept. Would not stay in this condo again....but did enjoy the area and would choose another condo

Great for a long weekend getaway!

we have stayed at gulf place before and highly recommend this unit for a quick couples getaway! Very close to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance

Could add some things

The room was fine. It was nothing spectacular but expected for the $. We were given one roll of toilet paper. The heating and air unit was either really hot or cold.

Great location, Gulf Place has lots of good restaurants and shops. Directly across the street from beach access. Beautiful area. Condo was clean and well maintained. Check-in/out was a breeze.

Good Location

Beach 2 min walk across street. Great oyster restaurant, shops, and coffee shop steps away. Heard humming off and on, even at night in our unit. Maybe main heating/ air conditioning unit ? ?Was louder in stairwell. We turned our ceiling fan on and fan on air conditioning unit in our room to drowned out noise to sleep. I’m just light sleeper, but didn’t bother my husband. Be sure to book rental car ahead of time at airport, ALL companies at airport were out for days so we uber’ed it instead. Staff at unit office very nice - helpful

Business Stay

We needed a last minute place to stay while on a business trip in the area. The room was nice and comfortable and is located in a great location right in Gulf Place. We'd recommend to anyone just looking to get away or for business.

Perfect for a beach getaway!

This sweet place was very accurately portrayed on the listing. GulfPlace is a quiet community with all the amenities you could need. We enjoyed being out of chaos that you see in other towns along 30A. The walkability to restaurants,coffee,and shopping was nice. And the incredibly easy and quick access to the beach was wonderful! The bed was nothing fancy but absolutely perfect for us. We actually slept much better on our trip than we had in a few weeks. The building was quiet and we never heard a disturbing peep from our neighbors. Everything about this spot is convenient and peaceful. Which is exactly what we needed!
