Amazing

We wished so bad we could buy this place because it was amazing. Enjoy live music some nights from the restaurant in front of the property. Short walk to the beach and shops. Would absolutely recommend this property and would love to stay again.

We just needed a place to rest our heads when we weren’t at the beach! This play slept great and was a short walk to the beach. We just followed the sidewalk right to the ocean!

Perfect beach getaway

We had a great time at this house! The house is very well situated with easy access to the public beach access, restaurants and shops. The house is well stocked with ample linens, towels, kitchen utensils, pots & pans. Easy to just arrive and start vacationing!

A fun and relaxing stay!

It was the perfect place and the perfect week. The accommodations were amazing. So pet friendly. We loved starting each day having our coffee under the trees. Absolutely perfect!

Fantastic place to stay

Very comfortable, felt like home. Everything was clean and fresh had plenty of appliances and dishes for all the cooking we did.. The wagon was a wonderful touch for our walk to the beach, which was short!

Privacy at the developed beach

Perfect setting for those who want access to population based amenities while protecting their privacy. House was clean and functional. We were very comfortable with house and neighborhood.

Great beach house with all the charm.

We enjoyed our time at 44 Vickie street, right across from a nice local eatery, Local Catch. Very shorty walk from Goatfeather seafood mkt and restaurant, home of oyster mania. Quick walk to the beach. The house has a nice gated courtyard area for drinking morning coffee and catching up on news or reading. Also there is good size back patio area with a grill. Lots of the needed pots pans etc. We ate in on several occasions. Would certainly stay here again.

Great Stay!

Very clean and close to everything! Plenty of space for the two of us and our small dogs. Loved the back porch and sitting areas. Charlotte and David were very responsive and helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house one day.

Great Vacay!

The fact that this home is pet friendly originally drew us to this home and it was convenient to the home the rest of our family rented for the week. The courtyard was amazing! The home had all the amenities needed. The central location was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this home for your next 30a vacay!

Santa Rosa Beach

We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed being so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants with my daughters and grandkids. The house was spacious for all 7 of us to enjoy and not be on top of each other and allowing us to have quiet time in our own rooms. Nice yard! Only downside is the mosquitos we really bad in the yard that we could not enjoy it. Recommend bug spray and citronella candles.

Peaceful escape

House is in a fully enclosed fence which was nice for pets, we brought our dog and didn't have to worry about her running around. House has a nice yard that wraps around the side to the rear and has plenty of shade and privacy from neighbors, and is really close to public beach access. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay!

Awesome place and would return again! 3 bedrooms with plenty of space, well stocked with kitchen essentials. A 10min walk to the beach and a 10-20min walk in either direction to fun restaurants. The Local Catch and Godfeathers are a stones throw away. Very pet friendly too with fenced in back yard and front entry way. Highly recommend!

Amazing

This place was just simply amazing, the location of the house you literally can walk to the beach, the neighborhood so so calm there are 2 restaurants across and aside never heard commotion or being bothered. Absolutely loved the owners they are so sweet their rules and policies are so nice and common sense. The city it self beautiful and relaxing absolutely recommended this house and this place honestly speaking from the bottom of my heart

Our stay was perfect! Just a short walk to the public beach and directly behind one of our favorite restaurants, Local Catch! The double fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The back area was great for outdoor games and our granddaughter to ride the little bike on the turf!! The front yard with beautiful string lights were welcoming each evening coming in after dinner and relaxing for after dinner time with our family. Convenient for our family to have separate entrances for the living areas which we didn’t expect! Upon arrival, we were a little surprised that the home was a bit smaller than we expected but after we settled in we had plenty of space and were happy and loved the location! Host was very responsive.

Our favorite VRBO ever!

I knew this place was cute in the pictures, but it was way better than i expected! We pulled up and i got out and peeked in the gate to make sure we were in the right place, and literally gasped. It was that cute! So shady, clean and comfortable. This house is done perfectly for a family or larg-ish group. Very thoughtfully furnished and decorated. Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. We took bikes, and the bike paths were great. My favorite VRBO so far.

Absolutely perfect! So serene & private. The home was clean & exceeded expectations! So close to the best restaurants, beach access was close & easy! The backyard area of this home is so cozy & inviting! I hope we return soon, it was wonderful!

Perfect Spot

Went down wife the wife and the dogs for a look weekend and couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot. Everything was setup great for the dogs and the location was great. Very clean and comfortable, my new favorite place to stay while in the area.
