Outstanding property management

Outstanding property management. Great communication, quickly responded to questions, and made our vacation a breeze. The property itself was clean and exactly as advertised- the golf cart, beach access, and pool were all easy to use and lovely. Highly recommend using Coast for your vacation.

Great Getaway at The Getaway House

Our family had an amazing time visiting 30A and staying at The Getaway on 30A home. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and peaceful with a great pool and playground for kids. We loved the location on 30a with quick access to many beaches, restaurants and shops. The home was clean and so welcoming with many amenities. We will be back!

Great for families with little kids

This place was great. Nice quite, gated neighborhood, with pool, park and pond where you can feed the fish or go fishing. Great for families with little kids. We also loved that the place came with a golf cart and how close beach access was. Would highly recommend!

Going back as soon as possible!

This was our third time staying at the Forest Lakes house and we had another lovely stay! The house is huge and was perfectly clean at check in. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and having the golf cart available to go back and forth to the beach is an awesome amenity! We will definitely be going back as soon as possible!

Another amazing stay!

We had 4 adults and 5 kids and the new bunk room is AMAZING!!! Couldn't have asked for better accomodations. Jake and Coast Management was amazing! Will be returning this summer, if not sooner!

GotAway at the 30A Getaway

Three weeks at the property went by very quickly. Location was excellent, between the various centers of gravity along the Emerald Coast, with nearby access to the beach and local shops. The home was as advertised, and met our expectations and needs. The quiet streets and nice public spaces of Forest Lakes made it ideal for walks.

Wonderful fall week

We had a wonderful time visiting this beautiful home! The home was just as described and the management company was incredibly responsive and helpful. The house is truly great for small kids, the amenities were perfect for us and we used the pack and plays, high chair and kids plates and silverware every day. The house is super convenient to the Gulf Place beach access and to Blue Mountain village. We would love to return!

Would go back in a heartbeat

My family felt right at home immediately in this beautiful house. Comfortable, relaxing, well-appointed, and everything was ready for us just as expected. Coast is also incredibly friendly and responsive: We had a low-battery in a smoke-alarm, and they had it resolved within a few hours. Would go back in a heartbeat, and highly recommend!

This was a perfect vacation home for our family. It's well appointed, comfortable, and welcoming

This was our first time to stay in a house at the beach. We were tired of the crowds and condos in Destin and wanted a more laid back quiet area to stay. Our family loved the house and the quaint neighborhood it is in. The house is practically new and beautiful inside and out. It is spotless, the beds are very comfortable, and the open floor plan was perfect for our family of four to spend quality time together. We enjoyed riding our bikes along the bike trail along 30A and the beach accesses are a short 5 minute bike ride. This was definitely one of our favorite beach stays and we plan to stay at the house for our next beach trip. The owners are a pleasure to work with and made us feel very welcome in their home.

Recommend heartily and without reservation

Coast management was class, professional outfit all the way. Communication and responsiveness were prompt and peerless. The Getaway at 30A was a delightful, well outfitted, user friendly and beautiful home in a lovely development, thoughtfully designed, softly lit, beautifully landscaped, well laid out, and very comfortable. The home had all necessary amenities. The 6-seat electric golf cart was a blast, fun, economical and extremely useful. Cant find anything bad to say about 30A, Forest Lakes, or Coast management. Recommend heartily and without reservation (pun intended!)

Wow, wow, and WOW!

This home totally blew us away, and was the best vacation home we've ever visited. It was nice and comfortable down to every little detail. Each bathroom was stocked with more than enough items to suit our needs, there were even cute tissue boxes with funny sayings, décor in every corner that was nice and minimal but gave the perfect touch, more than enough towels—even for a big family—our praises for this place go on and on! The kitchen was fully stocked, and as a family that likes to cook for each other regularly, this was a must. Even the turn-style spice rack was equipped with more than enough seasonings. We did bring our own because we weren't sure what was available, but upon entering the first day we found that we would be totally set up for a great vacation. I am a picky person when it comes to cleanliness and where I take my family, so every bed, sheet and pillowcase is examined before we really settle in. With that said, EVERYTHING was so immaculately clean. Every rug was fresh, every shower curtain nice with no stains or mildew, every commode, every window, every surface, the couch, the dining area, every piece of flooring—seriously, this team did not miss a thing in the cleanliness department. Thank you so much for that! We absolutely loved having the golf cart, also! This fixture was actually one of the deciding factors in renting the home as we knew it would be crucial for us in getting to the beach with all our kids and beach-day supplies, and it did not disappoint. Our first official morning we did have someone come by and quickly address an issue with one of the seatbelts, but he was so very kind and made sure to mention more than once that he didn't want to impose on us while on vacation and could come back later while we weren't there, but I let him know it was no problem at all as the family wasn't up and moving yet and we really appreciated how quickly he arrived to fix the issue for us. It took mere minutes, his presence wasn't an imposition at all, and we so appreciated him. The privacy and feeling of safety and security in the community was something we've never experienced at this level. Every person we ran into was so nice and polite, whether they were vacationers or home owners. Having a large family with small children means we must feel secure wherever we vacation, so this was a true blessing. The bikes provided also added a level of fun for everybody, not just the kids. It is obvious that you maintain such a high standard for your home, I wish other companies and vacation home owners took the same level of pride of ownership as you all! We would absolutely love to book with you again, thank you so much for hosting us. We fell in love with Santa Rosa Beach, a quiet little beach town with everything we needed. We hope to stay with you all again next year!

We have stayed at a lot of BNBs and this house was one of the nicest and well managed. Having a golf cart is key given the house is not walkable to the beach. Only feedback is the golf cart was difficult to shift and use and it may be time for a new one!!

Beautiful home

Just got back from our vacation at The Getaway on 30A. We had a fabulous time - even extended our trip by one day because we didn't want to leave! The home was exactly what we needed - clean, comfortable as well as convenient to beach, neighborhood pool & restaurants. Loved taking morning bike rides with bikes provided! So happy we had the chance to enjoy this home and location!

BEAUTIFUL home and great location

We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, especially for Spring Break week. The morning walks with our dog was so enjoyable as well as the green space and beautiful lake view. The living room has been updated with a very nice sectional which made for plenty of seating. Large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. We will be staying here in the future.

Fabulous getaway!

Excellent stay with fantastic accommodations! Our group was very fond of the home, our definite favorite after 10 years of staying on the other end of 30-a. The home was tastefully decorated with a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable large sectional couch that offered plenty of sitting space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and private. The golf cart provided for a convenient quick trip to the nearby beach access. The neighborhood feels very private and tucked away with beautiful trails and a welcoming community pool and grill area with ping pong and an out door fireplace. We look forward to returning in the future! Thank you!

Our stay was amazing!

Our stay was amazing! Everything was as stated in the listing. Multiple beaches close enough to take the golf cart to. Also many great places to eat. The house served its purpose for a vacation rental and our large family great! Very clean and in a nice quiet/friendly neighborhood.
