Perfect

Again vacation! Definitely will be booking again. Home was really cozy, close to the beach, came with necessities like towels, dishes, small thoughtful touches. My family really enjoyed our stay in this home.

Beautiful property near great beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit itself is very beautiful, a very nice kitchen. That is well appointed. Great decorations throughout. Very clean; close to a beach. I would’ve given it five stars except we had issues with the management Not taking care of some things that we brought to their attention. Specifically the golf cart was not working properly and we asked them to come out and service it or swap it out and they kept saying they would come and did not come the whole week. So was not very pleased with that. We also had an issue with one of the ceiling fans needing a new battery which they told us to replace, but it’s a non-standard battery that we’d have to order online so that was not even possible. Other than those two issues we had a very nice stay.

Great house but poor communication and unsafe bikes

This house was beautiful and our teenagers loved the bunk room upstairs. The street is quiet and lovely and it’s an easy walk to the beach. They loved the freedom of walking back and forth from pool to the beach all day. The communication from the management company was poor. I let them know that the sofa was broken and sagging on our first night and didn’t receive any response. Much worse, the bikes were in poor condition and needed maintenance. Several of us had a chain slip off at some point during the week. It happened to me at a bad time and I took a hard fall and ended up in the ER. We let the management company know and got no response at all.

Great Location

We enjoyed the location of this property as it was close to the beach and shopping but away from the busyness of some of the other areas along 30A. The house itself was nicely updated and had a great layout for the 4 adults and 4 kids in our party. We loved the golf cart and bikes.

Our family has stayed in this Old Florida Cottages neighbor several times and while the homes are a little smaller and older, you can’t beat the location. This house was OK, but a few things could have been better with some TLC. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the living room sofa might be a sleeper sofa but it is well past its prime and no one wanted to sit on it let alone sleep in it. The dishwasher worked but the lower rack was a replacement so it didn’t roll in or out without two hands and some frustration. The coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned in a few years and the kitchen utensils were worn out and need to be replaced. Finally, the golf cart was a six seater but it was jerky and had some broken pieces. We could have rented a newer one in better condition. Overall, we would probably not stay here again as I was a little disappointed in the condition of things that could and should be fixed and kept in good condition..

Wonderful Vacation

This home has a spacious layout and accommodated our family of nine beautifully. The furnishings are well appointed, include comfortable lounge areas and bedrooms with upgraded mattresses. The kitchen is spacious with everything you will need for any meal or snack you care to prepare. We enjoyed the bicycles and used the golf cart many times during our stay. The location allows a quick walk or ride to great restaurants, the beach and shopping. We look forward to our next visit.

30A Spring Break

The best of both worlds!! Ride to the hype of nearby parties and nightlife OR stay in the quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. Will book again for next year!!

Wedding House Retreat

My son got married in Santa Rosa. The beach rental was perfect for family to be together and to feel like we were on vacation. The house was perfect in size and the location allowed everyone time to relax and explore great food and the beach.

Spring Break-Great Stay

We had a great time in this home. I was impressed with the detail and items for us to enjoy. There were PLENTY of towels, a new expresso machine and a swing on the font porch! The walk to the beach is EASY with no busy streets to cross. They even had flour and sugar! The bunk room is up stairs and would be a challenge for a young family but great for teenagers

Wonderful stay

Everything was wonderful with our stay here. Beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. Location was fantastic as it is directly across the road to the pool and a block away from the beach. We enjoyed the golf cart more than we thought we would as we went to the beach and into town several times with it. We were able to also walk to a restaurant for dinner which was very pleasant. The only strange thing is the kitchen being on the second floor which is inconvenient. Is this a Florida thing? We would definitely stay here again though!

Great place to stay

Off-Piste had everything we needed for our mini beach vacation. The location was perfect. The house is down the road from public beach access. We opted to take the golf cart, but you could easily walk. FYI, there isn’t a ramp, so if you take a wagon to the beach, you will have to carry it down the steps. There were also great restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. The house itself was perfect for our family of 6 (kids range from 5 to 13 years old). The kids loved the bunk bed loft area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There is a Kureg, so don’t forget the K cups if you want coffee. But there is a breakfast/lunch spot on the corner that you can quickly order from and bring back to the house. The living and dining room had plenty of seating. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had plenty of drawer space (if you like to unpack like me). We would definitely come back to Off-Piste in the future!

Wonderful place

Perfect location, close to the beach and close to restaurants and activities. Super clean, beautiful, with nice set up, kitchen stocked and neighborhood quiet. With gold cart and bikes, can park the car all week.
