House was clean and spacious. Great location near shopping, restaurants and the beach. Only minor things were lack basic essentials, such as only two garbage bags for a 7 day stay, no dish rags for cleaning, two dish towels and no beach blankets.

We paid 6,000 specifically not to cheap out and unfortunately, it ended up feeling like a waste of money.Pros:Nice areaGreat proximity to the oceanCons:Pretty much everything elseThe most frustrating part was the property management company. Communication was constant but largely irrelevant frequent messages about things like changing umbrellas or cards, only to later say it didn’t even apply. It felt intrusive and disorganized.The home itself, while large, feels poorly constructed. Every door opening or closing was loud enough to wake our baby. The walls are so thin there’s essentially no privacy.The pool is more like a jacuzzi in size, and the backyard gas fire ran out after about 10 minutes. Small details, but they add up and overall, the place gives off a “cheap” feel despite the price point.Parking is also a major issue it’s extremely tight. A standard F-150 wouldn’t fit comfortably.The mattresses were horrible easily one of the worst parts of the stay.To be fair, the go-kart was working, which was a plus.Overall, the house might be working for someone but it is absolutely not worth what they’re charging per night. And in our case, the biggest downside by far was the management experience.

Excellent property. My family has stayed here annually for the last 5 years and we can’t wait to go back. I previously reviewed how nice, clean and convenient the property is, but want to add that this year a family member left behind a small bag with some important things in it. The property manager called me on my cell to notify us and arrange a drop off at UPS. So in addition to being a great property, it has great property management that goes above and beyond.

everything was very nice. no spices would have been good to know. rooms were very clean. Pool was a good size for our group of 6 to relax in. Not real big but great for us. BBQ grill was nice. Fire pit was a wonderful add on. Golf cart was a wonderful means of transportation. close proximity to the beach. was truly an enjoyable experience. We have already booked for next year. Thank you!!!!

The house itself was fantastic — clean, spacious, and exactly as described. We loved the pool and outdoor space. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly overshadowed by constant golf cart issues, which created both major inconveniences and safety concerns.We were stranded on the side of the road TWICE with a 3-year-old due to the cart not functioning properly. I raised concerns about the cart multiple times, and while maintenance did come out on two separate occasions, the issue was never resolved. Even after being shown on a multimeter that the battery was “fully charged” and being told the gauge was faulty and to just drive the cart anyway, the reality was that the cart was unreliable and unsafe.For a property that promotes having a golf cart as part of the rental experience, this was unacceptable. When guests are relying on the cart for safe transportation — especially with young children — it should be properly maintained and in full working order. The lack of a reliable cart seriously detracted from what otherwise would have been an excellent stay.

Beautiful property

Beautiful place,well maintained. Had 12 adults plenty of space. Disappointed that the golf cart was out of service. Received call the day before we arrived telling me cart was out of service. This was one of the reasons I booked this property as my wife cannot walk long distances company did refund a portion of the rental which was good however we were not able to find a cart rental anywhere in Santa Rosa again beautiful place

This property was very nice and clean! It provided a lot of space and was very updated. We would stay here again. A few downsides were the WiFi being out the whole time we were there, inaccurate photo for the bunk beds, and the pool felt exactly like a hot tub!

Great location, but book as last resort!

Where to begin? After 2 previous people stayed and left a review about the lack of cleanliness and lack of a working golf cart I was SUPER skeptical. I contacted mgmt. days before we were to arrive due to the previous reviews. I was told they would have the golf cart fixed before I arrived. I then rec'd a msg the next day saying it was fixed. 30 minutes before arriving to the property they called to inform me that they would have to replace the charger and it was going to take 6 weeks but the Owner agreed to pay for a cart rental if I could find one. I told them that THEY needed to find one and leave the security deposit, etc. They lived up to it and we had a cart delivered the next day. Upon arrival, the house was a little dirty! There was pancake syrup on every single kitchen chair, including the countertop. There were foam cups in the backyard and the trash cans were overflowing. We didn't even have anywhere to put our trash. When we tried to heat the oven for dinner we rec'd a "short, call for service" message (this was at 9 pm so that was not fixed until the following day).The umbrella in the backyard was shredded (maintenance did replace the 2nd day), the grill was SO dirty/gross that we ended up not even cooking on it during our stay as planned (the sign on the fridge says grills are cleaned Thurs-Sat but this did not happen any of those days). The driveway is TINY and hardly fit our two SUV's with 1 broken golf cart and 1 working golf cart. All else was ok.

Very Nice Family Get Away!

The house and the outdoor space was perfect for our needs. The location was very close to shops, restaurants and beach access. There was a golf cart included with this rental but because of it not charging, we could only use it a couple of times and had to drive our vehicles the rest of the week. We did contact the property manager via email but did not receive a response. Later in the week, we sent a text and they did respond that someone would be checking on it soon. Unfortunately, during our stay, it was not fixed.

Good but not great

Recent listings are correct. The house is amazing, the private pool was wonderful, but the cushions and sun umbrella have seen better days. Moldy and dry rotted. We had an issue with the golf cart. It was not charged. They were unable to reach the golf cart vendor. Luckily, one of their maintenance team had to come over for a different reason, and was able to help get the golf cart going by continuously spraying water on the electrical charger to keep it cool.

Wonderful home…terrible issues after stay

The house had all our needs, and we loved the golf cart access. I traveled with my infant, parents and grandparents. The issue is that we cannot get ahold of any management after being accused of breaking a cast iron grate on the oven. They charged us $380 through a text message 6 days later! We even have a picture to prove we didn’t break it! Crazy! You can only talk with receptionists at this company even after requesting a manager to communicate with. We also asked for an invoice but haven’t received a thing. Terrible service when issues arise. They should not text you that you broke something, at least have the decency to call!

Beautiful property

We loved every minute of our week at this property! The house was gorgeous in and out, had every amenity that a family with kiddos/teens could imagine and was walkable to all of the local attractions. Excellence location! The bedrooms were large and spacious! The only recommendation that we had, coming from a family that loves to cook together, is to uprgade the blender and add a few larger pots! We hope to return next year fornour Spring Break:)

Great house in a great location

My family had an excellent stay here. The property looks just like the photos. The golf cart is a huge help for taking things to the beach, but you don’t really need it otherwise as it is a five minute walk. Great location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We only had two requests from the management team, (turning on the pool heater and propane for the fire pit) and both were handled very quickly. In case anyone else is confused like I was, this is actually a 4/4 1/2; each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a half bath downstairs. We will definitely be back.

Great stay

This house worked great for our family which consisted of three couples; we had ample extra room and could have easily accommodated more people. The location is very good for easy access to 30A shops, restaurants and biking. One thing we were surprised about was minimal parking which wasn't a big deal for us since we only had two vehicles but if you have any more than that there is no room and no parking on the street. Great stay!

We loved the house and the kids loved the pool. We took the golf cart and used the beach access down by Goatfeathers restaurant which was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was a great place to relax. Nice family vacation!

The house was very nice, and close to the beach which was a big plus. The owners were very responsive. There was a issue with one of the air conditioners, and the owners had someone out to fix it within an hour after we called. The house was clean, however the outdoor grill was pretty dirty with grease all over the side counters and front of the grill. It didn't bother us since we didn't need to use it, but just something to note. Overall a great place to stay!

Lovely stay

This house was a great setup for a family with young kids traveling with grandparents since there is one master downstairs and a second up with the additional bedrooms. The house was beautiful and exceptionally clean. It could have used a few extra kitchen supplies and several bathroom lightbulbs were burnt out, but otherwise had everything we needed and wanted. The pool and outdoor grilling area were lovely. Pool is a bit smaller than it seemed in the pictures but was perfect for two young children to play and adults to cool off. Location is great for beach and restaurants - we walked or golf carted almost everywhere. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this house.

Levis/Phy vacation

Everything was great. The only issues we had were inn the kitchen. There are a few basic cooking items that are missing; liquid/dry measuring cups, mixing bowls, large pot for boiling pasta, and a rubber spatula were the most missed. Our family likes to cook on vacation and it does diminish the experience when you are unable to do so because of lack of proper equipment.
