    Turtle Beach is a spacious, 2,200-square-foot condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico, waiting to be your home away from home for your next Florida vacation! It features that 'wow factor' that many vacationers look for, along with jaw-dropping views from the open-floor-plan living room with an electric fireplace, dining area, and kitchen, as well as from the master bedroom and the unbeatable 42-foot-long balcony.

    The west-facing bedrooms also have partial gulf views. You will enjoy all the unique artwork throughtout this inviting getaway.



    A lack of entertainment options shouldn't be a problem here, as this beach abode features a 55-inch flatscreen TV, and 4K Sony Blu-ray/DVD in the living room, a 40-inch Samsung and Blu-ray in the master bedroom, a 32-inch Samsung and Blu-ray in the twin-bedded bedroom, and another 55-inch 4K LG OLED flatscreen TV and Xbox OneX (make sure to bring your games!) in the fourth bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes all you need for dining in or just taking quick meals. The dining table comfortably seats six, and the adjoining kitchen island has three counter stools.

    You'll be conveniently located two miles east of Seaside and within easy walking distance of Cafe Thirty-A and The Perfect Pig. Goatfeathers Seafood Market, Cafe Thirty-A, and Boggy Boys pizzeria are just down the street, as is the nearest bicycle rental shop. Perfect for family get together

We loved this place, house was very nice, everyone had their own space when needed. Conveniently located to shopping, walking and beaches. Will definitely stay again!

Beach oasis

Lovely condo, with wonderful views of the beach. Great location only a short distance to the restaurant’s we like to eat at. We hope to return next year!

Awesome place right on the beach

Loved the art, the location, the space, and the views ! In addition the included daily chair service in the beach was a huge hit with the family. Just an incredible week reconnecting with family in a well maintained and awesome place! You won’t regret staying here

Spectacular view and location

Turtle Beach is the perfect spot for families who want all the amenities of Seaside, Watercolor and Rosemary Beach without the crowds and noise. The condo was clean, well-stocked with beach, kitchen and bathroom essentials, and very comfortable. We will definitely return!

Wonderful vacation getaway!!

We loved this vacation rental. Beautiful views right on the water, beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. First time renting and plan to rent again next year!!

What a VIEW!!!

This place is wonderful. Very spacious and comfortable. Excellent location - in the middle of it all but still relaxing and quiet. The porch is the best part! We stayed in the rocking chairs most of the time admiring the endless view of the ocean. We had a great time and will definitely be back!!!

We rented the 200 unit which is actually on floor 3 of 4 floors in the whole house. There is an elevator but it is hidden so make sure to find out about that before you check in as it was very helpful. The unit is very nice and perfect for 7-8 people or less. Lots of beach stuff in the closet and pool is right outside the door and very nice. But the best part of the unit is the view, absolutely beautiful and we will be back’

Name says it all!!

The great escape was a perfect place for a family vacation. The condo was right on the beach with gorgeous views! Everything we needed was there for us including beach towels! The condo has been impeccably maintained and the furniture was comfortable. The owner was easy to reach and very helpful! We has the best time and will definitely return!

The best of 30A

The minute you enter you are knocked out by the vista. Like viewing a postcard, but it's real! Freshly painted and cleaned up, this is the real deal. And a very convenient location makes this ideal for large family or 2 couples w kids.

Great Spring Break at The Great Escape

Our family thoroughly enjoyed The Great Escape. Incredible setting...right on the beach, great sunsets, close to good restaurants, moonlit beach walks, kayaked, paddle boarded, great bike path....too much fun! The unit itself was in top condition, nice furniture, great artwork, comfortable beds, great views from the balcony. And to top it off, Scott, the owner, went way out of his way to see that everything about our stay was first-class....very caring person, great to work with!!

The condo name says it all!

The condo name says it all! In the 20 years we have been renting, Scott's property was the first that felt like a home rather than a rental. We all agreed that for our upcoming visits we will check with him first to see if his place is available. It was absolutely perfect. Scott's attention to detail and design were all greatly appreciated.

Myself and my extended family have stayed on the Florida coast for many years in the past. Your view takes the cake!! Truly a Great Escape!

My family had the pleasure of spending 8 days at The Great Escape for the first time in August. The privacy of the property combined with the close proximity of stores and restaurants is ideal. The four spacious bedrooms allowed us to all sleep comfortably. When not on the beach, we spent time in the open family area overlooking the beautiful sand and ocean. Our favorite part was the balcony that stretched the entire length of the condo. It provided the most beautiful view from sunrise to sunset. I would highly recommend this space to individuals or families that are looking for a private, relaxing atmosphere.

Spring Break

We loved our stay at this beautiful beachfront home. The view is spectacular and the floor plan maximizes both view and privacy. It is elegantly decorated with a very open and spacious living are. The kitchen is well equipped and the bar with wine cooler a bonus! Beds are comfortable, bedrooms are spacious, and artwork is unique and reflects the beauty of the area. What a wonderful surprise to find umbrellas and chairs on the beach everyday! It turned into the group hangout spot! Scott, your home is beautiful and is now our favorite beach house! We look forward to returning!

Family Spring break trip

We had the whole family of 8 adults(ages 21-52) and 3 children (5 and under)on this trip. The house is at a great location to shopping and eating. We loved the view on the balcony! The house had everything you would need for your stay! From towels- kitchen items -dishes-to wine refrigerator. The umbrella and chairs set up for us each day was perfect! The weather was nice warm but not hot. Thank you Scott for sharing your home with us! We all had a great time!

30A'S FINEST!!

Our group had the best time ever! I can't describe how wonderful our stay was in this condo. I have stayed at several units along the way of 30A and this by far was the BEST! The layout was perfect and 8 were able to sleep very comfortable. The location was perfect to the beach (Right on the Beach) and to all the restaurants. The beach service was the best and had our chairs setup each morning by 8:00am. The Décor was just beautiful, and I cant describe how breath taking the views are from then large deck. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone staying on 30A. Thank you Scott! Our group will definitely be back in 2018.

Spring Break at The Great Escape

Great location right on the beach and only a short bike ride down to Seaside town center. Owner Scott was very responsive and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out at Resort Quest office just a few steps down the road. Condo has a nice layout with spectacular views of the Gulf and is well supplied. Turtle Beach is a small complex of four condo buildings which share a nice pool, private parking and secure private beach access. Elevator is small, but functional for any heavy bags; steps up to unit were not a problem at all. Have rented many houses/condos in the Watercolor/Seaside/Seagrove area and would definitely stay here again!

The perfect Great Escape

My family enjoyed a most memorable week at this comfortably elegant beachfront home. The location is within walking distance to several eateries and shops along 30A, and we discovered a new favorite lunch spot most days. We all appreciated the beautifully appointed kitchen / living area, as well as the spacious comfy bedrooms, and I especially enjoyed the unique artwork, with local artists represented throughout this lovely home. The balcony was the favorite gathering spot for all, and we spent happy hours enjoying the incomparable view morning, noon, and night. I must say a word for the beach service, which was the best we've had for some time. Our chairs and umbrellas were set up early every day as promised, and the service was friendly as well as expert. We are already talking about our next vacation, and plan to make the Great Escape a favorite destination.
