The easy access to Publix was a bonus.

Friends and family vacay

We had a great time and house was in a good location to camp watercolor and to Publix. Primary bedroom was great. Kids loved the bunk room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable house for two families.

Perfect property

The property was perfect for us. We were so glad that we had both bikes and golf cart. We have stayed several times in watercolor, and this is our favorite place we have stayed. The rooms worked well for our family, and we liked have a quiet cul-de-sac as well as easy access to Publix. It was a quick golf cart ride to Seaside, watercolor, and beach. Camp watercolor was a short walk and they had a pool grill that was so good.

Beautiful, convenient home!

The house was beautiful and well taken care of. It was very convenient to Camp Watercolor (walking distance), and conveniently located close to Publix. We will be returning!

Needs work

Great location but house needs lots of work done. Upholstery on all furniture needs replace, needs painting, and eliminate musty smell.

Enjoyed our stay but checkout time too early

Overall we enjoyed the property, location and golf cart- it was a nice surprise having a pond in the backyard where our kids caught alot of fish and property management was responsive. Unfortunately we won’t be able to stay at this property again because they have a 900 checkout time which is very difficult with young children. We have stayed at many other properties in Watercolor over the years and never have had a 900 checkout time- no other neighbor in the area had that early of a checkout time either.

Perfect house and location / ideal for families

We loved our stay and will try and stay here again. The large living room and kitchen and master bedroom downstairs with 3 bedrooms upstairs for each of the kids was perfect. The house is very clean and we had no maintenance issues (other than internet, which they fixed promptly). You can tell it is well taken care of. We loved the golf cart - which you need if you plan to take stuff to the beach. Our family loves Watercolor/Seaside and we highly recommend this property.

Needs Work

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The reviews truly do not lie. House worked, but it needs a TON of work. Primary floors creak. Washer machine is loud and obnoxious. Appliances need replacing and the whole house needs updating. Faced spider issues in the bedrooms upstairs. Speed limit in watercolor is 20 and the LSV’s highest speed is 16mph. Whole house was super dusty and 1 bedroom upstairs was left with dirty towels. We used to be homeowners and we would be embarrassed to rent our home in this condition.

The house itself is in desperate need of some upkeep. It smells musty and there is layer of dust on everything. The appliances also need to be replaced. The cleaning crew did a terrible job. The sheets were not changed after the previous guests. There was sand in the bed and what appeared to be dried spit on the pillow cases. Floor was also dirty throughout and dried urine on one of the toilets. We will not be staying here again

Disappointment in Watercolor

The house smelled of mildew and had mold on toilet seat. The golf cart was full of mildew, had to call to have it cleaned. Outdoor furniture was mildewed. I had to clean it before using it.

Claire was supremely kind and helpful in choosing this home to best fit our family’s needs. With three younger boys the proximity to Camp Watercolor was amazing, and the layout of the home allowing us to spend time all together was perfect. Had we tried to decide on a home without Claire’s help I don’t think we would have made the right decision. We also had a toilet issue during our stay and Ricky literally and figuratively could not have been more responsive. Ricky and his team actually came out and replaced a toilet within a few hours! The home was great and the service by Claire and Ricky was even better. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: This home is in a great location to Publix, Camp Watercolor & the main street to get in or out of the community, but is tucked away for more privacy with a cute green space in a small circle of homes.Downside: The home itself was not in the best condition but has lots of potential to be a stunner. The refrigerator went out & cost us a day plus food (still waiting on a promised reimbursement was told 7-10 days). The dryer needs replacing as well. Prob original to home. Upstairs A/C also stopped cooling. The floor is warped & so loud squeaking no way to be quiet for early nighters. Def needs replacing! And PLEASE PLEASE clean the sofas/sofa covers!On the plus side: location, layout, bikes & golf cart is very peppy (though also needs a thorough cleaning). Grill worked great & kitchen well stocked. Driveway VERY small for 1 big car or maybe 2 small cars.This home has so much potential to be great! SHOUT OUT to Beach Habitats on super speedy responses to ALL issues. Great maintenance team!

Nice house, needs new linens

House and location were good. Golf cart is great to get around, however was hard to fit both a car and the golf cart, had to pull into the street to get into the car. Sheets need to be replaced in all bedrooms. Elastic is gone and holes in sheets. Had to remake beds every morning.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was inundated with large palmetto bugs (cockroaches). There was a dead roach on the stairs when we arrived. We saw five more live ones in the four days we were there. Because of this, we had trouble sleeping at night. Also, the golf cart that was available had pedals in such an awkward forward position, that it was difficult to drive and we only used it once. The mirrors on the golf cart were broken and not much use.

What I don't understand about the HOA is that if you have 12 people in the house that have paid then you should get 12 wrist bands! If you have 20 people in a home that sleeps 20 people then you should get 20 wristbands! Other than that, the trip was amazing and the town is absolutely beautiful!!! I would definitely vacation again. OH they need another grocery store!!! Publix is insane crazy busy!!!
