We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The location was ideal from being able to walk to some restaurants and being beach front to enjoy the Gulf. The condo was the perfect size and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely return.

Beach Trip to Remember!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. From the booking to the check out, to communication during our stay - everything went very smoothly. I would definitely love to stay there again and would recommend to anyone. The only negative was that one of the elevators wasn’t working, but I’d still give it a 9 out of 10!!

Great location, 10-15 minutes in each direction to shopping, dining and other beach areas, beautiful beach front. The condo was nice, our only complaint was the A/C did not reach the primary bedroom or bathroom, was very warm after showering and at night even with a portable fan.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view was beautiful and we really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and the amenities made our stay easy and relaxing. We loved everything about our stay and will be coming back!

We loved our stay at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The location was very convenient and the beach was beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo was quiet. We hope to come back again soon.

The property was very nice, however the parking lot needs some looking into, when it rains the lot floods, maybe add some drainage and also the elevator was leaking water from above that seems like a real safety issue. Other than that everything thing else was exceptional.

This location is GREAT! Walkable to many things such as restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. So so clean and well appointed. So comfortable, it felt like home. The balcony and chairs that came with the rental was the high point. The private beach was not crowded at all even at the busiest time of the year. The negatives would be the allotted 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom so you are forced to get to the store. For the money we paid, that seemed petty. Also, the bed and pillows were low quality. That was disappointing. The communication from Benchmark Management was impeccable. They were on top of everything. I’d definitely stay here again.

This condo was very clean and just as pictured! Beautiful views from the balcony. My husband and our two daughters had a great stay and will definitely book here again!

The building is older. We only stayed for 2 days. They accommodated an early check in which was very helpful.

The decor and amenities were perfect. Kitchen very functional and being able to do laundry great. Air conditioning worked well and we slept comfortably. Everything clean and ready to go! We also appreciated the luggage carts to get everything to our unit. It’s the little things that matter! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we highly recommend!

Great Condo Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a great pick for our beach front stay. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The view was spectacular and everything we hoped it would be. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The kitchen had every necessity... even a regular AND keurig coffee maker. The location of condo was great for getting to many different restaurants without being amid the busyness some other areas present. Getting to the beach was super easy (although lots of stairs - just be aware), and having the chairs and umbrella sets as a part of the condo fee was great. The management company stayed in constant communication throughout our stay, although we had no problems that needed attention.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing, especially for the price we paid.When we arrived, the rental was not clean. The sheets had visible stains, including what appeared to be blood and other bodily fluids, which was completely unacceptable. The Keurig filter had mold in it, and there were dirty dishes left behind, making it clear the unit had not been properly cleaned before our stay.We immediately contacted management and were told someone would come replace the sheets at 12 PM. We waited over three hours with no update. After following up, we were told they were “15–20 minutes away,” but it took another hour for someone to actually arrive. This ended up wasting a large portion of our day, as we felt we couldn’t leave while waiting for them to show up.While the view and beach were beautiful, the condition of the rental and the lack of timely response from the property managers really overshadowed the experience.To add to the frustration, we were told we would receive an email with a 5% discount for a future stay, but that email was never sent.Overall, this was not the level of cleanliness or service we expected, and unfortunately, we would not stay here again.
