30A Linger Longer is in a perfect part of the 30 A corridor. It is located in a gated area with a community private pool and on a private beach. The house is phenomenal with beautiful beach views.

Great house & location!

Our family enjoyed this cozy home right on the beach! We enjoyed the gated community! Very nice and clean! Would defiantly stay at this house again! We had a total of 5 adults and two children and had plenty of room!

Great Beach House

The home is absolutely beautiful and private. The home accommodated eight adults very well allowing each of the four family groups to have privacy at the same time great space for all to gather, visit and enjoy time together. The kitchen was well appointed with modern appliances. The porches allowed beautiful views and were comfortable for our elderly parents to experience the beach. We will definitely consider staying here again when we have a large group.

The private beach is so helpful for crowd control. The house does have normal wear and tear being a rental but beds comfortable. Do pick up storage with lids if you plan to cook. Also, the wash/ dryer is finicky to start but works well.

PRIVATE BEACH!

We’re a family of 5 and stayed with our dear friends, a family of 4, and had a wonderful time. The private beach was an absolute dream and the proximity to Shunk Gulley and Vue on 30A was great! The house was great and all the beds were really comfortable. The only downfall was parking…2 full size SUV’S barely fit in the carport. Our teenage son had to park his truck at Publix.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay here and it was so peaceful! We would enjoy coming back here again! Only issue is there were some cockroaches in the house that we killed and the management company didn’t update our app to reflect the correct gate code. We had to call twice to get into the gate and get correct code.

I do believe a house that rented for so much money should have had more things available in the kitchen department. Royal Destinations was great to work with! 30A Family Vacay

I love 30A, the beaches are beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. Linger Longer has beautiful views, right on the gulf, beach access is super close and there is enough room for the entire family ( I have grown kids with spouses). The house itself is in need of some updating, it definitely is a little outdated and the furniture is tired and at least needs a good professional cleaning. The gated community is a mix of old, new, and under construction but very quiet and felt super safe. The community pool was probably beautiful back in its prime, but definitely needs some love. The customer service from the management team was amazing. They were quick to respond, went out of their way to help and they were genuinely kind and happy to do whatever they could to make our stay great.

Vízcaya rental house

We’ve stayed in Vizcaya many times and it’s a beautiful place although the residents are rude and unfriendly. The pool is great and maintained nicely. The beach is uncrowded and access is good. This property is beautiful and comfortable for the most part. However, there is no cable TV, no ice maker and the rug in the downstairs hallway was frayed and dangerous. Also, the door leading out to the deck was broken and difficult to shut. And there is only parking for two cars. That’s a problem. For the price we paid, I expected more.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 loved everything about our vacation. The house was spacious, comfortable and inviting, and the views were absolutely incredible. The master bedroom and bathroom are amazing. The beach is PRIVATE- actually private with plenty of space for guests of the gated neighborhood. There are shops and restaurants within walking or biking distance. The things that weren't perfect (but didn't bother us) were the upstairs getting a little warmer than we'd prefer, some wifi issues, and a cabinet that wouldn't shut in the kitchen. The kitchen could have a few more necessities (or you could just go out and enjoy the restaurants). Royal Destinations was the best management company to work with. They texted updates, provided extra information, and were incredibly helpful before and during our stay. Overall wonderful trip! We will be back!

Great views on the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location, property access, size and beach access are all great! Also there were plenty of towels which was nice, and the pool was heated and clean. The property is dated however and needs a deep cleaning, repair on the master bedroom and bathroom door locks, kitchen supplies updated and replaced, and a few new furnishings. The management company was responsive throughout, access to the property was easy, however I did make note the first day about the master exterior doors not locking and although it was acknowledged and promised to be taken care of, no one came to the property nor followed up, therefore we had to tie the door locks to ensure security. For the price of the property these things I have noted should be in better condition. Lastly, there was loud construction during he day immediately next door and this was not indicated online nor when calling to book the property.

Perfect Location

Can't beat the location and the views. Perfect for our group of 7. One of the better properties we have stayed at on 30A. Highly recommend.
