Great location! Condo was clean, great beach access and the chairs and umbrella are an added bonus! If we return to this area, we would consider staying in this unit again!

The beach view is amazing! The condo is very large and comfortable. It is very clean! The property is a little dated, but the beach view and availability to your beach chairs was perfect!

Great Beach Trip Beach Crest Condo

Great location and nice accommodations directly on the beach. Conveniently located in the central part of 30A with several small towns just to the East and West. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Beach Fun

The Condo was perfect, facing the beach/ocean, patio with full view of beach, and comfortable bed. The private beach with chair and umbrella set up was Wonderful! We enjoyed our first time in the area and plan to return.

Great for our young family

This condo was exactly as listed. We needed two bedrooms right on the beach (we have two toddlers and did not want to lug all our stuff across 30A). The condo was a nice size for two adults/ 2 kids and clean.

Fantastic stay at the 30A

This was a great stay. It's hard to go wrong at such an idyllic location but I was so happy with our place and I don't have ANY complaints (except we ran out of toilet paper and there was very little soap and no shampoo provided). The decor has been updated since the pictures and it looks much better than in the pictures. I will definitely be back.

The only change I would make would be the balcony furniture. It wasn’t super comfy, and with that view, you want to spend tons of time out there! Other than that, it was wonderful! Property nice but 35 steps are a little too much for older people. Can’t even use a wagon because of all steps. I realize protection for property but too much for me and my husband. 1 hot pad???

The condo was okay, a little underwhelming. Nothing specifically wrong, just small details overlooked. Ratty bedskirt, mismatched lightbulbs, tired furniture - things that don’t matter but just make the overall feel disappointing. The kitchen had the things we needed - but no coffee mugs! The furniture on the balcony was nice - fun colors, nice table and chairs to enjoy the view from. The washer and dryer worked very well. The elevators were not working when we arrived. We were on the seventh floor, so we got a bit of a workout bringing all our luggage, etc up the stairs. It ended up being a great opportunity to meet other guests, and we were able to assist several guests with getting their luggage to their rooms. Response time was good from the elevator repair crew, and it worked for the rest of the time we were there. Lots of shops and things to do nearby. Good family atmosphere. We have been coming to the Gulf coast for forty years. This was our first time staying in Seacoast. Beautiful area. A bit more congested than we like, so we will probably look for a less busy area next time.

Two restful weeks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented a condo through Benchmark every time we have gone to Seagrove and have never been disappointed. They communicate clearly and we knew exactly what to expect. One suggestion: install more towel bars and/or hooks in the bathroom for towels. There were two of us and we still had to drape wet towels over an indoor door.

Best location

This condo area is center to Alys Beach area and Seaside which makes it the perfect location to stay. Check in and out was super easy! The private beach with chair service is hands down the way to go. No fuss especially with a toddler! We had a great time hanging out on the beach or in the pool, which was still heated and I was so thankful for that! The view from the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and dolphin watching. It wasn’t good for sunrise/sunset for the time of year we came but wasn’t disappointed in that at all it was still beautiful. The management group was so quick to respond to questions and to let me know when our room was ready for check in. We will definitely be back again!
