Family wedding weekend

We were there for a family wedding in the area. The location was ideal and the views were spectacular! Comfy beds and plenty of room to spread out. The grandchildren ( ages 5-9) enjoyed the pool.

Our getaway!

This was a really nice place, big and clean. The views were fantastic and accurate as advertised. The dryer needs to be serviced and better instructions on how to use the codes for entry, overall I would definitely book this again very nice place.

Reviewer Comments: This condo with the private beach, well furnished, clean, comfortable rooms, the best master bath and exceptional porch furniture was a top beach experience for my family. The location was perfect for walking to different restaurants and not far from the local grocery store. Hopefully we can experience this again!

Panoramic 402 Legacy

We loved the location of the Legacy condos, with close proximity to shopping, dining, & attractions. The ocean view is an amazing 360 panoramic uninhibited view that is spectacular!! The condo was furnished nicely & very well stocked for cooking & dining. The rental process, check in/ out, access codes were all handled electronically. It was great not having to go to an office to check in.

Great location

The condo was very clean and had all cooking equipment that we needed. We need a fire stick since there was no regular cable.

Having an elevator on the property was a plus for hauling groceries and luggage. The only downside was that we arrived early because of our flight schedule and wasn't able to get in the property till 4:00. Benchmark Management was hard to get ahold of to see if we could get in and they failed to send gate information to access the property until I asked.

We really appreciated Noah having our beach chairs and umbrella ready. We did not receive the gate code before we arrived. The owner my want to take care of some mold in the master bath ceiling and the doorway near the shower in the Jack and Jill. I appreciated the text from you making sure all was well and your contact information. The food at Cafe 30A was fabulous!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed for Labor Day and it was one of the best places we have stayed at on 30A and in Seagrove. We loved the size of the condo that was perfect for 5 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved their room and I loved the bunk beds and the bean bag chairs! Short walk to the beach and convenience of the chairs being set up for us. We also enjoyed the pool and access to restaurants across the street, as well as a convenient gas station. The condo was very clean as well. My only complaint is that we did not receive the gate code ahead of time which would have been helpful, but that was very minor. Thank you again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Legacy 402. Can’t beat the location and the condo is gorgeous. There is a major maintenance issue that needs to be addressed and I wouldn’t stay here again until it is resolved but once it is this condo is just about as perfect as you can get for our party of 12. It has tons of storage for drinks in the mini bar and the ice machine was very convenient. Also the complimentary beach chair service was so nice. We didn’t have to go save our space each day. The view is amazing! Both from the master balcony and living room balcony. The kitchen was well stocked but could use more plastic cups as we have several small children in our party. Overall I give this condo an 8 out of 10 and once the maintenance issue is taken care of it will be a 10 for sure!

Nice cond but some aspects were disappointing.

The unit itself was very nice. The issues we had were The clothes dryer did not work well at all. We had to do very small loads set at 60 minutes each and run the cycle 2 to 3 times to get the load dry. The tv in the bed room closest to the door kept losing signal several times and would not work at all for a couple of days. We didn’t want to call maintenance because we didn’t want to wait around for a maintenance person. In general the condo’s grounds were very poorly maintained. We arrived on Thursday and found trash in the elevator, a chick fil a box with an open container of sauce sitting on a delivery on the ground floor elevator lobby. In general trash in several areas of the conman area. This was finally halfway cleaned up on Monday of the next week. (Elevator was not touched) Don’t know that we would stay here again.

Our trip here was incredible. We are a family of 4 with children ages 1.5 and 3. The condo was spotless, well-stocked with everything we could need, and gave us more than enough room to spread out. The beach service was nice to have and the location right on the beach with the pool there as well worked out so well for our family. The condo is decorated beautifully and the showers had great water pressure. Beds were comfy, the view is incredible, just great experience all around. Would definitely recommend.

Great Beach Getaway

This condo rental was exquisite! There was plenty of room for us to spread out in the open concept kitchen/living/dining room. The dining table was large enough to seat us all, and there was even a high chair and extra chairs available should we have needed them. The kitchen was very well stocked and included many things that are often overlooked. The extra attention to comfort as evidenced by the electronics, full kitchen, and balcony furniture selection made the week even better than expected. The complex as a whole is fairly small which allows for less crowding, and it is conveniently located just a short bike ride to Seaside and easy access to 30A for a nice walk or ride. The rental agency was very easy to work with, and while we had no issues, I felt sure they were readily available should a problem have come up. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a nice spot on 30A!

Great family vacation

This was a great place for our family vacation! We loved the location, layout of the condo, beach view, and amenities. It was an added bonus to get beach chairs, bikes, and Disney plus!

Perfect, except rude Property manager

Great location, easy access, nice kitchen and balcony, comfortable beds and furnishings. The property manager is rude and not a problem solver and not accommodating. In this price range, I would expect a more professional representative.
