Santa Rosa Vacation

Everything was great! The unit is in a great location and had plenty of room for our family. The beach service was wonderful, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the balcony on the unit is spacious. We had a wonderful vacation!

Relaxing getaway

The condo was very comfortable with updated furniture and flooring. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Perfect size for a couple or couple with small children. Great location, short walk to the beach. Several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and will return!

Great Family trip

Our family stayed in units 202,203 and 204 for the week. We had a wonderful trip and the condos all were very clean and well kept with plenty of accommodation's. We are already planning our next trip.

1st July C's Vacation 2025

Very cool and clean property, the only staff member was the swimming pool lady, she was great, funny, and very friendly. We had a great time at the pool and the Beach with an umbrella and two chairs. The condo was clean and nice. The views were breathtaking. Warning, the walkway to the beach can get very, very hot for your feet, and needs a sign to wear shoes, flip-flops, or slides.

Great location on quiet premises

Great location on quiet premises. And walking distance from restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only issue we had on our unit was the sliding door needed repair and ended up accessing the balcony thru the master bedroom door. And the guest room air flow (vents) was poor.

The only thing I would recommend is to replace the top bunk mattress as it was very uncomfortable, my daughter could not sleep on it. Apart from that, we loved it!

Condo was great, just as listed. The only problem I had was trying to communicate with property. Never got a message when the condo was cleaned, called the week before arrival no one called me back.

The entire property is well maintained and clean. I appreciate the full size washer and dryer. Management company responds immediately to any questions and fixes things promptly. They are a pleasure to work with. The decor is simple and does not distract from the views. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing trip to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a disappointing experience. The state of the condo was not at all how the pictures present. The sheets had black stains on them, no good AC flow in the 2nd bedroom, the master bedroom shower head was rusted and wouldn't stay stationary on the adjustable bar, the plates and silverware were dirty, the trim was literally falling off the walls. The room vents were disgustingly full of grime and dust. Our daughter got very ill from staying here and we had to leave early due to this. Our feet were BLACK on the bottom from walking around this place. The quality of the bedding and upkeep of this unit was far below what we expected. The soaps and shower gel were horrible quality. We are SO disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a conventional location, was pretty clean. Plenty of towels and cleaning for laundry provided. Our only issue so to speak was the beds, I would suggest toppers or even a more memory foam style because the springs get worn down easily. Our family had a blast though and beach chair service is a great touch! It made our stay so much more pleasant.

This location is right on the beach, and many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The 30A trail is amazing to walk, run and bike on. Loved the heated pool and hot tub too! Wonderful getaway!

My daughter and I traveled to the area for her Spring Break. The condo was exactly as advertised! More than enough room for the 2 of us, and it was in a quiet area on the beach. Close to stores and restaurants, and wasn’t too far from Destin proper. Construction was going on while we were there, but it didn’t bother us at all as they didn’t seem to start extremely early. Didn’t hear any neighbors unless they were out in their deck next to us, which is understandable. Overall, it was a wonderful trip for us!
