Great location just steps from the beach. The bed swing in the 2nd floor patio is perfect spot for book reading and listening to the waves.

Wonderful stay!

The checking in/out process was made very easy, the management team was wonderful about checking in to see if I had any needs. The home was beautiful with great amenities for the family. I would definitely recommend staying at the property.

Great stay!

Property was beautiful, clean and as described. 30a beach girls were great hosts and held a free bonfire with all the fun. There was no need to leave the house except to visit the beach. Can't wait to stay again!

One of my favorite Airbnb listings so far

One of my favorite Airbnb listings so far. Me and my family had plenty of space. Everything was clean and up to date. Amazing location. Best part was the 30 second walk to the beach. Rooms were all spacious and comfortable. Loved being in the gated property to feel very safe with kids playing outside Amazing property. We loved staying next to the beach.

Great beach access. House has Gulf views. Third floor deck was a treat. Mgmt company ver responsive. House, beach and palm trees were a welcome vacation even during record low Florida temperatures. Come for a visit, you'll be happy you did.

Just right for our family!

We were very impressed with this house! The whole house was very clean and well decorated (not that decoration is the most important thing on vacation lol, but it made it feel very homey). The beach was beautiful and so close! We had one issue with one of the bikes, but the property manager responded to me very quickly when I reached out. I would definitely recommend this place, and we would stay here again!

30a beach girls vacation was perfect!

A little slice of Paradise! We had an amazing time at this property. Having the beach a few steps from your front door is something that people only dream about. House is spacious and had everything we needed to have a relaxing and stressless vacation. The entire staff at 30a beach girls was so incredible! Free bonfire, free grocery delivery it was all incredible!! Can't wait to stay again!!!

Beautiful home, amazing views, so close to the beach!! This property is gorgeous. Right when you walk through the front door, you immediately are blown away, so beautiful and full of light breath taking views of the ocean from the top deck. It's spacious, great floor plan and really nice neighborhood. Walking distance to anything you need, easy access to everything. Property management company was very helpful & friendly. We will definitely be booking here again.

Our stay in 30a couldn't have been better! The house was perfect for our group of 6, and we particularly enjoyed spending time on the porch on the second floor. The lighting was great for taking photos during the day and the perfect place for our group to spend the evening visiting. Jada was very responsive and made our check-in seamless. The house was well equipped with beach chairs, bikes and a boogie board which we used a lot, and there was even a full bag of ice for us to use in our coolers that we brought to the beach. The house itself was perfect and had all that we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was a memorable vacation for all of us, and I hope that we will be able to return one day. Thank you!

Absolutely Fantastic!

This home was an absolute gem for our family of 6, spanning 3 generations, and even accommodated two teenagers with ease. The bedrooms provided the perfect blend of privacy and space for all of us. The well-stocked kitchen made breakfasts a breeze before embarking on our daily adventures. With the area not overly crowded during our stay, the close proximity to Seaside allowed us to seamlessly split our time between there and the beach. We also enjoyed dining at Shunk Gulley and Perfect Pig in Gulf Place, all within a 3-5 minute walk. The house served as an excellent home base for exploring the area. A special shout-out to our host, Laura, who was incredibly gracious and easy to work with. We enthusiastically recommend this beautiful home for an unforgettable stay! 🌟🏡🌴

Fabulous time!

We stayed at the Holiday House to celebrate our 25 anniversary, which was terrific! The property is beautiful and fabulously appointed. We loved the beach being so close, patios and kitchen. The bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. Best of all, the house is very close to the beach less than 20 steps!! Great for watching the sunsets, swimming, sunning, and strolling. 30a Beach Girls are perfect hosts and left us surprise treats to make our stay memorable. They provide an app chockful of information on the property and close-by attractions and restaurants. Plus they were prompt to respond when contacted. Very nice company and we were happy to rent from them. I highly recommend this property. We will be repeat visitors in the future.

WONDERFUL!!!!

This house was great! we had 7 adults and 2 kiddos and it was perfect! the bunk room worked well and the kids thought it was great! the short walk to the beach was very easy to make even for the little ones! the property managers are so easy to contact with any questions! I appreciated the quick response I got anytime I text them. the neighborhood was quiet and the perfect place for a family get together. we had most meals at the house and the kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed. we did enjoy a nice brunch at stinky's fish camp and we ordered out pizza one night from pizza by the sea! all in all, a great time was had and we would definitely stay here again! I appreciated how easy it was to contact you guys to ask any questions! always a quick response and made everything easy!

Lots to love about Holiday House

The great: Location is FANTASTIC! Super easy beach access. Inside furniture is comfy and nice and good for groups. Bathrooms have all been remodeled and are nice looking and functional. Kitchen has lots of cabinets and good appliances. Plenty of cooking implements as well. There are many floats and chairs in the garage.( I wish I had known that before I drove down with all of ours!) The Negatives- ahhh you know there have to be a few! The lights in the kitchen didn't work. The garbage disposal is very weak. The ice maker did not work well. There are not any or not adequate door mats to help fight the sand invasion into the house. The pillows are really terrible ones. Bring your own if you can. Horrible tv/cable situation. Not that we expected to watch tv all the time, but we couldn't even catch a local news or morning cartoons for kids. Really expect more at this level of expense. Overall though, it was a great house and we would stay there again. Just DEFINITELY bring our own pillows somehow.

Amazing beach access great celebration!

We had the family with us for our 20th wedding anniversary trip to 30a. 4 adults, two teens and two children. Everyone had a bed and plenty of room. The teens really enjoyed being so close to the beach! The location let us get to all the favorite spots on 30a easily. This is an older home and not palatial by any means, but as a base of operations and for the price, it can't be beat. I asked everyone as we left if anyone had any complaints about the accommodations. There were no complaints at all. Holiday house with it's location and cleanliness is a winner. 30a Beach Girls are ideal hosts and ready to assist whenever needed. They had treats for our celebration delivered to our bonfire. Would absolutely use them again.

We loved the house and the area! Location was great. House is really nice. A few have commented on the fact that bathrooms are not 100% finished. Though true, they are fully functional. Just a little bit of decorative trim to be completed. Wasn't a big deal at all!

Beautiful beach just a few steps away!

We had a great time staying in this neighborhood and at Holiday House. The home is going through a bathroom remodel so you have to put up with ugly bathrooms. Bathrooms function they are just ugly and unfinished. Hostess was amazing and very helpful. We would rent again, would love to see the finished product.

A great time!!

This house is under some minor remodeling. The management company reached out to us and informed us there was work going on and that the contractor was doing his very best to get it completed. We were texted pictures and thought ok it's a beach vacation not a stayincation. So we took a leap of faith. The house if fully functional it is truly just aesthetics of the bathrooms that aren't finished. Tile work for the most part. The manager reached out to us about the contractor coming over and "finishing up" One should seriously consider reporting this contractor to licensing etc. he's dishonest and not professional. He told us he would be there at 8:30 am to start and would be gone by 4pm at the latest. He didn't show up until almost 1 and told us every few hours I only need another hour. We left for dinner and came home at 8pm and to our horror he was still there and kept again telling us just a bit longer he left at 11pm. He spent more time on the phone than working. He wife was just lingering, he left tools and trash in rooms he wasn't even working in and honestly you couldn't tell he did a thing. All he did was talk and complain that the homeowners weren't paying him, that all his help quit on him, parts weren't available... this guy was totally insane. I called 30a Beach Girls the next morning and requested to not have him return. They obliged. It's unfortunate that the homeowner, manager and incoming guests have to mess with this situation. The house comfortably slept all 7 adults and two children. The view and location can NOT be beat. We walked daily to Perfect Pig and Shunk Gulley for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Hollie was extremely accommodating and wonderful to work with. We are already discussing which dates our family can return next year. We would return tot his home and look forward to seeing it completed, besides the few items not finished the home was perfect.

Location Location Location!!!!!!

Wow! Holiday House is in the perfect 30A location. Literally, steps to the beautiful crystal clear ocean and walking distance to Gulf Place. My children were able to come and go from the ocean to the house with ease. The house has a fabulous open floor plan and is full of light. The bunk room was a favorite! Each queen bunk had its own USB charging port and light. My favorite had to be the abundance of porches and the porch swing! Holiday House is the perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy beach life!
