Seaside Getaway

The property location could not be more perfect. The check-in process was easy and the employee checking us in was very helpful. The condo definitely needs some updating. There are several areas that need to be attended to. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was fantastic! Huge shout out to the young lady, our host, who moved her car so we could get a parking spot! Once parked, we dis not leave in our car again until we packed up and left. Plenty to do and see on foot and by the complimentary bicycles! We have visited Seaside several times kver the years, this is one of our favorite places to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaside is my favorite beach town. I love that my condo was overlooking the square. The condo was great although there were some issues; I didn't have AC the first day, there was no water pressure in the bathroom sink & the spiral stairs was very difficult to get up and down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cork the Whine was a wonderful location for my beach stay. The view from the balcony was the my favorite. The accommodations were good. The ice machine was broken my full stay and maintenance never fixed it but Homeowners was kind enough to bring me ice on three occasions. For the price, I do think some updates to the cottage are needed. There is just wear and tear on the place but nothing broken or unsanitary. Overall it was a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location and the Homeowners Collection really is a great alternative to the other vacation rental platforms. Their customer service alone sets them apart.The 1 bedroom place is adequately cooled via window unit airconditioners, but truth be told I hadnt operated one since the dive apartment I rented in college.The location cannot be beat; you really are in the heart of Seaside. However its been a minute since the unit has been "refreshed" and there are some signs of that such as the dry rot around the window sills and paint stains in the upperlevel around the kitchen area.All of that said, I would recommend staying at this condo and would definitely recommend utilizing The Homeowners Collection for your next vacation rental.

Both loved & struggled with the location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We both loved & struggled with the location! It's close to everything! But because of that it was very loud at night and very early in the morning. Every morning at 6am they pressure wash the sidewalks directly below the unit. Also, the "sofa bed" isn't really much of a bed. Our daughter had to sleep on the couch as when you unfold the "bed" it laid directly on the ground and you couldn't put a sheet on it. The unit was well stocked, clean and in an amazing location! We loved having the Market right next door.
