A orillas del lago en la playa Blue Mountain - "TraSeas Escape"

Al ingresar a "TraSeas Escape", encontrará un área de sala de estar / comedor / cocina asombrosamente bella y profesionalmente amueblada. La casa cuenta con amplios porches y amplios balcones, una parrilla de gas y un montón de estacionamiento para su familia. Televisores de pantalla plana de gran tamaño, área de comedor formal con capacidad para 6 personas, barra de desayuno con asientos adicionales y cocina completamente equipada.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size y un televisor de pantalla plana con cuarto de baño privado con bañera y ducha.

También en el segundo piso hay 2 habitaciones con un baño compartido de Jack y Jill. Cada una de estas habitaciones cuenta con camas king size y TV de pantalla plana.

¡Y para los que no aman una litera Queen sobre Queen para que se relajen y jueguen después de estar en la playa todo el día! ¡Y supongamos que incluso tienen su propio baño para que no tenga que preocuparse de que usen su baño privado!

La casa se completó en mayo de 2018 y cuenta con electrodomésticos de primera línea. Sabemos que le encantará esta casa y volverá a visitarla año tras año. Tenga en cuenta: No podemos permitir mascotas, incluidas las mascotas de terapia.

This property was fantastic and beautiful. High marks for cleanliness. Home was well stocked with beach necessities (wagons, umbrellas, beach toys for grandkids). Had limited interaction with the hostess (Heather) but was provided all the necessary information needed and was excellent. Highly recommend the property!!

Our family enjoyed the house, and would rent again next year! The owner/host did a great job. Comfortable beds, AC and newer TV’s worked well, plenty of space, nicely decorated and very clean, well stocked including the little things that matter, nice gas grill with gas provided, beach gear available in the garage, you name it! All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor FYI. We love Blue Mountain Beach and staying in the Lakeside neighborhood or nearby Redfish Village, but this might be our new favorite Lakeside rental going forward.

Great House!

Great location and beautiful house! Heather was fantastic to work with. Walking distance to the beach, several restaurants, and the ice cream shop. This is the second year we’ve stayed in Lakeside community and absolutely love the location!

Beautiful house, walk to the beach

The house was perfect for us (4 adults and 3 kids) and we loved being able to walk to the beach (~10 minutes-15) and pool (~2 minutes). The house is walking distance to several great restaurants, too! We’d definitely stay here again when we come back to 30A!

Beach Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay. Walked to dinner at Red Fish Taco and cinnamon rolls for breakfast at the local bakery. Just a short walk or ride to the beach. This house was perfect for a beach trip, a covered area to load and unload car, a hose to wash off beach gear and an out door shower with hot water. Kitchen was nice with plenty of utility items, made preparing meals fun and easy.

Beautiful Family Beach House

We loved our stay at this property. The home was decorated so cute and everything was very well cared for. It had an awesome kitchen and large family room for hanging out. The house was equipped will cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and more. The neighborhood itself was very quite and family friendly. We chose to use a golf cart to get around, but you could walk to the public beach just down the road. The property manager was very helpful an responsive. Checkin could not have been easier. We would love to come back to Santa Rosa with our family and stay in this property again. This property was one of the highlights of our vacation.

Perfect beach get-away

We absolutely LOVED a this house. It’s meticulously clean and well-stocked for a convenient stay. The four bikes made for effortless beach access (though only a 10 minute walk instead of ride). It’s close to the cute Blue Mountain Creamery and Red Fish Taco so food was easy too. Such a precious house-we will plan to stay again!

The property was great and an easy walk to the beach. Some of the extra items in the garage were much appreciated (cart for beach items and extra chairs). Heather was very responsive with questions and quick to help.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house. We did rent a golf cart to go to the beach. The closest beach access was very crowded so we went 2 blocks down and the beach was wonderful! Loved the bikes at the house. The only negative was the small pool area.

Amazing Experience!!!!

Our stay was amazing. The property manager was available anytime I had a question and was beyond amazing. The home was beautiful, clean and the beds were support comfortable. We will definitely stay there again on our next vacation.
