Beautiful home very spacious, right next to the beach access. We had the pool heated, which was wonderful. The property manager was very responsive. Overall this was a 10 out of 10 property.

Absolutely beautiful home and location. Everything was spotless. We had everything we needed to make meals, beds were so comfortable. We walked 2 minutes to the beach and swam in the amazing pool in the afternoon. Perfect vacation for my family of 6.

Rent A Home, Not Just A House

Looking for a place to call home for your vacation on 30A that has it all.. this was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids.Located literally across the street from Santa Clara beach access with one of the most amazing beaches we've seen in Florida. Wide beach with easy access if you are hauling gear. (Not needed if you arrange a local company to set everything up for you) Large & comfortable with space to spread out, It has a very homey vibe and spaces to gather all together, or separately. Large dining area, and kitchen counter with an adjoining great room and veranda on the upper level. And, another large area with big screen on main level. All bedrooms are large with lots of storage, including the bunk room. It was a huge hit for the littles, or could be fun for a family. Lots of space! Bring your own toiletries as the starter pack is minimal.The kitchen is very well stocked. Bring paper towels and extra kitchen soap if you are going to cook. Also, limited pot holders and dish towels were an inconvenience but we improvised. Lots of spices available. Huge refrigerator/freezer!! Would be nice to have small refrigerator on main level for drinks and ice close to the pool. We just used a cooler. The pool and patio complete the experience. Bikes, pool equipment and at least 10 backpack beach chairs and umbrellas. Some beach towels & blankets alsoOur thanks to the owners & Funvacay for providing a wonderful home where many memories were created.

Santa Rosa Beach - Sea la Vie

We had Poor Communication from the property manager / owner. It’s a Beautiful house in a great location…. Near the Beach, Restaurants, Publix Grocery and Shopping. This house could use some updating and replenishing of cookware, needs laundry baskets, new washer and dryer. The “heated” pool was not heated. After FIVE days of frigid cold Pool water and no response from the property manager, a maintenance man came on our last day to explain the pool heater was broken. We would have chosen a different house had this been revealed earlier. Our children ( and adults ) were very disappointed to not be able to enjoy the pool.

Wonderful home for family vacation!

We are a family of 14 - 8 adults and six children 5-11. This home was perfect for our family. It was close to the beach and we enjoyed being able to walk to it! The rooms worked out beautifully for our three sons and their wives and our six grandchildren. The pool was wonderful and enjoyed several times throughout the day by all the kids and their parents. It really made our vacation as we only went to the beach a few days and that usually after dinner and one afternoon. The kitchen living area was expansive and was great for family gatherings. We also enjoyed the front porch and sitting out there in the mornings or at night to read. If we had one suggestion it would be that the wifi could have been a bit stronger. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sea La Vie - thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Family House

House was absolutely perfect! Very close to beach and we were able to walk with all our littles very easily! Lots of extras for the beach came with house. Pool got dirty from winds first day and they came out within 2 hours of requesting help! Would 100% stay again!

Amazing location!!

We rented a golf cart and was able to use it for most of the restaurants in the area. Home is located directly across the street from the beach!! Great location!

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time on Santa Rosa beach. Location was great, house was great. Only a couple complaints. The pool was extremely dirty when we got there. Someone came to clean it Thursday and we left Friday. The oven door wouldn’t open but the manger came by and tried to help fix it. We ended up not using it. We also wish they would provide beach towels! Overall the managers were great to work with and location and home were beautiful! Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Convenient to the beach, well equipped house. Very comfortable furniture and dad’s. Nice size pool and pool area. Really cannot think of anything that could’ve made the week at the beach better for two families that share a beach house every year

Sea La Vie was perfect for a fun multigenerational family vacation on the beach!!!

Our group included the grands (us) with our adult sons and their families which includes the most perfect grandchildren ever! The property was spacious and decorated to enhance the very peaceful beach vibe. The verandas were so simple and elegant with sitting space to relax and enjoy the breeze off the Gulf (and plenty of ceiling fans for those days you want more air movement). As with most homes in the area, the open kitchen/dining/ family room is on the second floor. The two bedrooms with en suite bathroom were perfect for the grandkids and their parents. The front downstairs bedroom went to the other son and wife—they loved the space. Grandma has major allergies, so Pa and she took the bedroom overlooking the pool—it is down a small hallway, so no foot traffic or unintentional smells from detergent, bath wash, perfumes, or cleaners! The home is great for allergy sufferers!!! Hardwood and tile throughout and so clean!!! The home is well-stocked with most everything you could need! If you forgot something, a Publix is just around the corner. The beach with easy access is just across 30A. The house has a secluded feeling while being in the middle of everything. The beds and linens are so comfy with solid doors to separate different gathering areas as well as the utility room keep noise from 30A to a minimum despite being only two houses away from it. Afternoon naps could be enjoyed while everyone else just continued the frequent laughter and bustling around. The salt water pool is the perfect oasis. We paid for it to be heated, and it was worth every penny from seeing the grandkids having a grand time with their uncle and aunt that live 10 hours from them to letting the grandparents hang out comfortably for pool play time! There is ample seating with several loungers as well. The property has beach wagons and a good selection of pool and beach sports and play equipment. Several “backpack” folding beach chairs are at your disposal as well! A cornhole board set is available to keep the competitive family members busy when grilling out dinner or playing basketball with the pool hoop. We rented a six-seater golf cart from the place recommended and believe this is money well-spent! I think the only time our vehicles were used were when one couple went out for a fancy date night dinner and to run to the airport to pick up the last one to fly in 30 miles away at PCB. Other than the grands dreading the stairs, this is the perfect home for your vacation!
