Perfect for Family

This property for our family of 4 could not have been more perfect. The location was ideal during a busy time we just walked out the door and we were in the middle of everything and step away from the beach. The balcony was fantastic place to feel like your in the middle of everything but yet in your own private space. The space was bright full of light and very spacious! We will stay here again!

Perfect Fit

This was exactly what I’d hoped it would be. I wanted to celebrate my newlywed friends and the space was exactly what we’d hoped it would be. Fantastic spot for our first trip to Seaside because we could survey everything going on from the comfort of our own spacious balcony. Many thanks to the hosts for sharing their beautiful space.

Great property

We loved this condo. Close to everything. Beautiful view of the Seaside green space and ocean. The condo was bigger than we expected which was an added bonus. The best part is I left a necklace there and the sweet woman who cleaned the condo after we left turned it in! We will definitely rent from Homeowners again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well appointed, gently aged condo. Great view of beach and shops/ restaurants downstairs. Stressful check in due to traffic, multiple access codes, hard to read parking signs, an elevator you cannot prop open to load, and no cart. There are internal stairs to master suite. Staff very responsive to text inquiries, but did nothing about repeated request to clean up existing vomit in our private parking space.

Reviewer Comments: Homeowner's Collection provided me, once again, with an amazing stay in Seaside!Happy Together is a fabulous condo with an incredible view of the square and the ocean beyond. I stayed for a month, which is a bit longer than most renters, and the owners stocked all the basic amenities accordingly; this was completely unexpected and incredibly kind and thoughtful on their part.Closet and drawer space was plentiful and there were plenty of hangers for all my clothes. The kitchen was also stocked to perfection with everything I could possibly need.I only had two small issues during my stay and both were quickly resolved.I would recommend both Homeowners Collection and Happy Together!

Nice place literally in the center of town

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo up on the 3rd floor, literally right on the main square. Walk to everything. Nicely appointed and decent view of the water. Across the square from beach access. Trying to get in was a bit of a challenge as the square has been closed to traffic since COVID, so you have to go around the back and figure out which parking space belongs to this unit, then know that the keypad on the door by the spot is how you get up. Took us a while to get in as we arrived late on a very busy Tuesday evening. Would stay here again. Note that just about everything in the town is closed by 9, so bring something to do if you like to stay up late.

Happy Together 1st timer review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not knowing much about Seaside or the location when booking, we crossed our fingers for a great spot. We got it! Happy Together is the perfect spot for family or couples. We were blown away with the condo and it's location was perfect. Center of the square. The truck back and forth with all of your beach belongings is difficult in that Florida sun (& we are use to it being from TX), but thats also bc we had kids a had to carry everything down there they needed each day. (If Seaside invested in daily lockers to keep items for the beach until next day, I would totally rent them out daily). We rented bikes for 5 days but I think they only got used 1 day and our older girls used them 2 or 3x. Everything is in walking distance but the trails were gorgeous and relaxing when we did go on our bike ride. We never ventured out to the pools bc the ocean was just too gorgeous. We had a few mishaps happen but everyone was so accommodating, friendly, & helpful. The square turns in to a teenager hangout by 8pm and thats where our girls would be. They can't wait to go back next year!!!!

Wonderful Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience not only with the property, but with Homeowners Collection in general. The unit is as-described and possibly more beautiful in-person. It's bright, sunny and has 180 degree views of the ocean and town square. The unit is right in the heart of Seaside, with access to stores and restaurants that you can see from your balcony. Our stay was perfect. My only feedback is that there is nothing in the kitchen cupboards other than cooking/eating utensils. They give you two dish washer/clothes wash pods, one roll of paper towels, and two toilet rolls per stay. This is fine, but I would have loved to know this prior to arrival as we needed more than what was there. Even things like, salt and pepper, you either bring it or will need to buy it. The Publix grocery store is close but the Modica Market in the town square is surprisingly affordable and has any basics you may have forgotten. We ate several nights at the Shrimp Shack (sit at the bar), we loved Surfing Deer, riding bikes and the many trails behind and around Seaside/Watercolor are not to be missed. I honestly felt that Cabana Man is incredibly overpriced for what it is. (I paid $530 for 4 days for three uncomfortable chairs and one umbrella) I don't know that I would use them again. You can bring your own chairs and set up behind or on the sides of where their service is. All in all we would come back to this property again, the unit was gorgeous.
