Bike serenely through the nature preserves to the San Juan Avenue public beach access in about 1 mile. Another beach access, Scenic 395 Beach Access, is 2.1 miles away.

    Pool Access: The NatureWalk 'Gathering Place' is located approximately 35 yards from 'Sea The Good' featuring 2 pools (one heated), Jacuzzi, children's playground, etc. The NatureWalk beach trail, located near the 'Gathering Place' , is a short nature trail through state forest and a sleepy side road (San Juan Ave) leading to the beach.

It was nice enjoyable location. Pool and nature walk were so nice! There were a few things that made me think the property was not checked on before we came. We did have good communication with property manager and were reimbursed for grill being out of propane.

Great time at Sea for Yourself

Overall, we had a fabulous time at this Rental. There were a few things that were negatives. The sink in the guest bathroom upstairs collapsed. It was unusable for an about two days. The weirder part were the workers that were sent. My hubs, thankfully was the only one there, who is in construction management, said they were not up to par and kinda had to prompt them by asking how they were going to do some things. And then they were about to leave without even taping it off to make sure it wouldn't used for at least 24 hours. He asked if they had tape, they just went back to their van and handed it to him to go back up the stairs and do it himself! He was like, don't you want your tape back? They waved him off and said he could keep it. It was interesting. As well, we picked this particular property because of its location and beautiful ponds in front and back. Well, from early in the morning to the afternoon, we had workers out in the back replacing and rebuilding retention boards around the lake with LOUD tools, music playing (heavy metal- no offense, just not relaxing!) and shouting back and forth to each other. We Tried to go to the front to escape, nope. They had their pick up truck often running, there with a loud generator. We came From Houston and had literally just had a hurricane where we all heard generators running non stop, so we we were looking for peace and quiet where we stayed! Not so much. As well, it was advertised that there would VolleyBall and the courts were so unkept they were unusable with weeds and thorns. That said, the company was very prompt and gracious. The house REALLY WAS spacious and lovely. We used every square inch and it was perfect for us. We cooked nearly every night. We hung out in the homey living room. We sat on the porches despite the noise! The bedrooms were great! Everything was clean, roomy, comfortable, and again the house was well located in the neighborhood. Very close to the pool and the nature trail. We loved where Nature Walk is situated. Very close to the beach with a simple Bike ride and out of the 8 times we've been, this year was our favorite for the beach access point we used. It was so nice, We were thinking about trying to stay another night and contacted the company to inquire before asking the whole party if they wanted to. Unfortunately half of our party had other obligations and we were the ones driving them back, so I let the office know just before 5 that we were leaving as originally contracted, on Saturday the 27. It was definitely hard to leave, tho! We loved every minute! We are very pleased with the property and with the excellent management company. We would love to stay there again next year and will probably stay two weeks instead of one!
