  • ¡Venga a disfrutar de la decoración moderna de la playa en el nuevo Bliss @ Beachwood! Este 3 dormitorios colorido y encantador y 2 baños, está situado en el corazón de Santa Rosa Beach y hará que su próxima vacaciones extra cómodo y acogedor. Todos los nuevos gabinetes y encimeras de granito reciben a los huéspedes en la cocina. La habitación principal cuenta con una cama King con baño remodelado, y hay una habitación para huéspedes con cama Queen, además de una tercera habitación con 2 camas individuales que comparten un baño completamente remodelado con tocador de granito.

    Esta unidad espacioso 3 dormitorio es en el segundo piso y tiene un balcón que da a una de las dos piscinas en la espaciosa y bien cuidada Villas Beachwood propiedad. se proporciona TV por cable y conexión inalámbrica a Internet (2 TV). Una de las piscinas en el complejo se calienta la temporada y esta propiedad también cuenta con pistas de tenis y tejo.

    Si necesita un descanso de sus actividades en la playa, suba a una bicicleta (fácilmente alquilada y entregada a su puerta) y conduzca en los carriles para bicicletas establecidos y seguros hacia Seaside o cualquiera de las otras comunidades de playas pintorescas ubicadas a lo largo de la Carretera escénica 30A. alquiler de bicicletas se encuentra cerca. Además, si usted es un jugador de golf, varios cursos agradables se encuentran a poca distancia en coche.

    Beachwood Villas también se encuentra al otro lado de la calle de un acceso a la playa pública que hace que llegar a nuestras playas de arena blanca y suave, un fácil y rápido paseo para usted y su familia.

    Elija entre muchos restaurantes, tiendas de pizza y sándwiches o alimentos para llevar que se encuentran a varios minutos en automóvil o a una corta distancia a pie del condominio, así como un centro comercial de combustible / conveniencia ubicado justo al lado. Excellent Location and well managed.

Benchmark properties were excellent to deal with. Flooring needs replaced badly in the kitchen and living room area and living room furniture could be replaced. Outside of that great location and safe place to stay.

Nice time

For a family of six, it was very accommodating. Everything you needed and a short walk to the beach. Place could’ve been cleaner but overall no complaints.

The property was clean and well maintained. The floors in the unit need to be replaced, but everything was clean and well appointed and kitchen had what we needed for basic needs during our stay. The overall complex is great. There are 2 pools a very short walk from the unit--at least one of the 2 never had many people in it at one time, making it very convenient for enjoyment pretty much any time of day. One pool was within site of the balcony, which was great. My teens enjoyed the tennis and shuffle board courts. The complex was beautiful to walk through. The management company had great communication before, during and after our stay, which we highly appreciated. We had a lovely time and enjoyed this property.

Great Girls Trip

The only (small) complaint was we could have used more towels/ wash rags. That is all! I would definitely come back for another girls trip.

Not great

Upon arrival, the countertops were dirty, the wall by the garbage can had splashes on it, the sheets in guest bedroom were discolored, the patio has mildew on it, the couch and rugs are stained, the patio door won’t lock, the seal in master bedroom window is broken so window is very discolored. We were overall dissatisfied and would not stay again. Very low quality condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is extremely dirty. The rugs are black. The floor is falling apart. The place looks nothing like the pictures. I had to go out and buy rugs for our 4 week stay because of how gross the rugs were. Very disappointed and will not be staying here again.

30A Stay

The place was fine. Had a few issues, 1 with the electronic deadbolt, another with the dish washer, but those were remedied fairly quickly. The main room layout in the listing differs from its current configuration, I believe the layout in the listing would have been better. Kind a tight between the dining table and the sofa, then a bit too close to the very large TV. Was a bit surprised by the small-ish size of the oven but understand why. The walk across the street to the beach...then down the stairs and then to the east for the public beach was a bit of a hike, but I did not have to get in a car to get there. Overall good experience. I would recommend to others, but include the information above.

Reviewer Comments: Lovely as always; however, new linens need to be purchased for all beds, including the mattress covers, sheets, blankets, etc. They are no longer comfortable (very scratchy, hot, and spots on them.)

Review of Beachwood Villa 10H

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival - we did not have any internet service for the first 3 days and were without basic cable service the entire week. We notified Benchmark of these problems many times through the week. They would send someone over to check it out and leave without fixing it. The only TV that was usable was one of the back bedrooms. There were no remotes for any of the others. Dishwasher was leaking on the floor and was finally replaced the day before we left. Really frustrated with the property management of this unit.

Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I came to the Destin area for spring break. It was crowded which was to be expected. It was noisy, again expected but it was excessive. Even though the property mgmt company has no part in who else rented in the condo community, there were owners who simply did not care who rented their vacation rental. The condo was well appointed, clean and neat. It had been advertised as having a washer and dryer and we packed accordingly. Unfortunately, neither were operable. Both were broken which we discovered after multiple calls to the mgmt company reporting the machines as unusable. There was a shared laundry facility which also had broken, inoperable machines. Also, upon renting the condo we got a credit for beach rentals. The bikes we rented were TERRIBLE. Expensive and all but one had mechanical problems which the rental company appeared to be unable to address. We might be back to the area but not sure we will rent in Seagrove again.

Had some issues with our electric keypad upon check-in, but once we were able to reach the after hours management, the issue was quickly resolved. It was more than enough space for our family of 3.

Nice Property but poor Management Co.

The property was very fairly nice. It was at the location we wanted to be at on the 30a corridor. The main complaint that we have is with Benchmark management the company that rents and manages the property. Benchmark is more about profit apparently so they do not provide you with the appropriate amenities. As an example they only give you one roll of Toilet Paper and tell you to purchase additional. That is a cheap way to handle a property that someone rents for a premium. When we arrived the blinds in the master suite were broken so you could not keep the light out (suggests The management company is not keeping the property up) and lastly, they said the property had a heated pool. That was misleading. From talking to residents, the pool Is only heated in March of each year. They misled us and accordingly we will think twice before we would stay in Benchmark managed property again.

Great family condo & close to beach!

This was our first time visiting Seagrove Beach & found this condo to be a great place to stay, central to other nearby towns like Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Rosemary & Alys Beach. The condo was just as described and well-equipped for a family of 6 . Beachwood Villas is a nicely kept complex with 2 pools and walking distance across the street to the beach access. We really enjoyed the balcony view overlooking the pool & the kids really loved to take a late afternoon or evening dip to cool off. Overall, we found this to be a great location and a great condo to stay in. Everything was clean, beds & linens were soft and comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked. Check-in was a bit delayed due to waiting on inspection which caused a minor inconvenience. There was no remote for the TV in the Master bedroom and despite an email to the property managers, it was never resolved during our stay. One negative experience came from neighbors in 10E. They were loud, left beach gear blocking the walkway & had a loud, drunken pool party that was not family-friendly which kept others from visiting the pool. This unit is not under the same management and I discovered not much could be done. Thankfully, we still had a great week in spite of it, but it does reflect on the entire complex & everyone's experience if others are being inconsiderate.

Great place but gave it a lower rating

It was perfect except the carpet was so dirty and stained that it was horrible . Maybe it should be replaced with something other than carpet
