It was great

Really like the privacy being at the end of the street backing up to Woods. Hearing the sounds of the frogs was really nice and relaxing. We had to rent a couple extra bikes for our family, as the four bikes that came with it were adult bikes. So we ended up having to rent one for my nine year-old and also something that could carry my three-year-old. House was really nice, just some small complaints. There was no water filters in the home, no water from the fridge or water filter so we had to buy jugs of water for the week. No big deal, but would’ve thought they would have a water filter. Also, no Keurig, but they did have a coffee maker. On the second floor balcony, facing the street, there is a big table and it would’ve been nice to have a swing or other furniture to really relax out there and hang out. These are very small nitpicky complaints. The property overall was a 10 out of 10, and I would definitely stay there again. Really great seating areas inside the house and really great area for the Littles to catch lizards and explore around. Beach toys and umbrellas had plenty. Management responsive

Great Stay!

Overall a great stay! Very happy with the house and everything. A few things— the king bed had a pee spot still on the sheet upon arrival. There was also female product wrappers in one of the bathrooms. The bulb in the sitting area in the kitchen needs to be replaced as well one of the bulbs in a bathroom upstairs. Great location and great stay, but could use a few things!

Beautiful property, Quiet Neighborhood

We had an amazing time at the Beargrass property! The house is stunning - very clean, with beautiful, updated rooms and bathrooms and comfortable furniture. There is a television in every room and two separate 'living' areas. We loved the screened in patios. The house is at the end of the a quiet street so it was surrounded by trees and so peaceful. The neighborhood is very conveniently located - literally just down the road from the Publix grocery store and a 2 mile ride to the beach or the Seaside stores. Having the golf cart and bikes included was incredible and really added to the experience. We went on a few walks in the neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. The pool was heated which worked great since it was a little chilly on a couple of the days we were there. We had everything we needed in this home. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Hope to be back in the future!

Family Holiday Get-a-way

This home was perfect for my family of 9 (2 couples, 5 teens/college kids). We enjoyed making meals in the kitchen while the kids hung around in the sitting area watching football games or playing cards. The Living room was perfect for watching movies and larger family games. The proximity to Publix and Seaside was great. We also enjoyed the views into the forest around us.

Family vacation

This house was perfect for the family size. The openness of the house made it feel like we weren’t all on top of each other. I think the one complaint we would have is the 2 bedrooms at the front of the house are very small and not enough storage. One room had a closet that was not easy to get into with the bed being a king and the other bedroom had no closet. It would make more sense to have queen beds for a little extra space. The tv in the kitchen/ sitting area didn’t work. The dishwasher didn’t seem to fit in the space due to having to adjust the door to close it. The golf cart and bikes were a huge hit. We really did have the best time

Nice place. Lots of amenities and plenty of beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, mats). We would stay here again. No cable TV. Be sure and bring your log-in information for your apps.

Best vacation rental

We loved everything about our stay here. It’s the perfect location and the home had everything you could think of. Lots of beach equipment (chairs, a wagon, swim boards, floats). Plenty of cookware if you plan to prepare meals. The bikes and golf cart made transportation the whole week fun & easy. We all raved about how much we loved the house & will definitely be back.

Exceeded expectations

Very clean, every room was well designed and our huge group had a great time. The patios were great for an outdoor-indoor experience with the beautiful garden. Sufficient toilette items and all appliances worked great.

Beautiful house, perfect location

We had a great time in Seaside and loved this house! It was perfectly nestled in a beautiful wooden location! It was a quick golf cart ride to all the action of seaside central square. We loved the beach access right across from the central square nearest to Bud and Ally’s Taco Bar. House had everything we need. Just watch out for bears in middle of night. Wish we took a pic of the mama bear and her cub.
