Good proximity to beach and walking distance to shops/restaurants. There was no tupperware in the unit, the portable ice maker was non functioning, the pull out couch was broken so we had to buy an air mattress for the week. unit smelled very humid all week. They need more blankets available for the beds/pull out couch.

This house was in the perfect location. The walk to the beach was literally 2 minutes, we could walk to the square in seaside in 8 minutes, and we biked to Publix in about 5. We loved the convenience of it. It was also super clean, felt cozy, and was perfect for 2 people. Great experience and would stay here again!

Fantastic Beach Getaway!

This house was perfect for a four day getaway for my wife and me. It had everything we needed and was plenty spacious with just the two of us (but also very cozy as well — not “too big” either). The location is excellent: literally five minutes from putting on sunscreen to sand between our toes! Walking to the shops and restaurants at Seaside was very easy — ten minutes tops. And if the sidewalk along 30A was too crowded for us, we loved walking the back roads as well (they are much quieter than the main road and just as fast / easy). Seaside is incredible with SO many great places to eat and shop…and eat! My only complaint? Too many dessert options — haha! Our week here will be unforgettable and we would both come back in a heartbeat — who knows, maybe we’ll do just that in the future!

Nice unit and Perfect location!

Great place and wonderful unit but needs a little TLC. Doors didn’t close properly, couch needs to be replaced. It definitely needs a thorough cleaning. The AC unit doesn’t dehumidify so it has a standalone unit that requires you to empty the tank at least twice a day. For the price point you can would expect a little better.

Great location, an easy bike ride to everything beach just across he street. Comfy bed!

We really enjoyed it. It was our first visit to the 30A area There was a bit of a musty smell despite me keeping the dehumidifier empty and on. Noticeable when you first walk into the property. That would prob prevent me from renting this exact space again. But other than that everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful trip! The manager was very responsive through the app with getting us a new bike lock code and coming to fix the fridge that was not working properly in a very timely manner. We would come back to this property again!

GREAT BEACH ACCESS

The property was as described. Clean. Easy access. Just about as close to the beach as you can get without staying in a multimillion $ home right on the beach. Easy communication with property management. The TV died while we were there and they had a new one installed less than 24 hours after we emailed them about it. This was especially nice since we had to spend more time indoors than we normally would due to the bad weather we had there last week. It was a good option for just my husband and I.

Great stay, great location!

We had an amazing girls trip. The house is located so close to the beach and to Seaside, allowing us to walk to coffee and breakfast every morning as well as dinner in the evenings. Highly, highly recommend!

Sister Getaway to Seaside!

This property was beautiful!!! My sister and I had a 4 day stay in the Carriage house and it was a perfect space for two adults! We did have some trouble with connecting to WiFi/ the Internet when at the house, but overall it was an amazing stay. We will be back!!

Great location!

The best thing about this property is the location. You can walk or bike to Seaside and access to the beach is even closer. The property is cute and cozy. Loved the open feel and decor. Would probably be best for 2 but it worked for the 4 of us. The pullout couch could use additional bedding (blanket) and the kitchen had the basics but lacking a bit if you plan to cook much. Bikes were provided which was great as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, poorly equipped for winter!

Excellent cottage for a small family. Heating system does not work properly for the entire cottage. Management was able to provide extra blankets as solution but unable to provide additional heating devices. Unable to use cook in the kitchen as smoke detector is overly sensitive.
