RESUMEN

Vive cómodamente en esta nueva construcción, casa de concepto abierto. Un cuarto dormitorio (tres con reyes y una habitación con literas) con tres baños completos y dos medios baños. Una piscina privada, chimenea al aire libre, televisión al aire libre, y a pocos pasos del Bosque Estatal. Un retiro muy tranquilo que cerca de todo!

PRIMER PISO

Sala de estar, comedor y cocina de concepto abierto con techos de 12 pies y bocinas integradas impulsadas por Sonos. La gama Wolf y la nevera Subzero completan la cocina.

El baño principal en la planta baja cuenta con una cama tamaño king, una televisión de 55 "y acceso al salón al aire libre. El baño contiene lavabos de tocador doble, ducha de pie, tina de baño y vestidor.

El nivel del suelo también cuenta con un guardarropa que se dobla como despensa con una lavadora-secadora de gran tamaño y un lavadero.

SEGUNDA PLANTA

El rellano del piso de arriba se abre hacia un área familiar con un sofá grande rodeado de los polineses de Serena y Lily. Hay un área de juegos con un banco incorporado, una mesa larga y un televisor de 55 ". Justo al lado de la sala de estar está la habitación con literas que se puede cerrar con puertas de granero.

Camina por el pasillo y pasarás dos camas gemelas XL incorporadas. Al final del pasillo hay un baño tipo Jack-n-Jill compartido por el área familiar y el dormitorio King en el piso superior. Justo enfrente se encuentra la última habitación con una cama king size y baño privado con ducha de pie.

Great home!

We truly enjoyed our stay on Blue Stem lane. The layout of the house is perfect for families and the golf cart was definitely a plus. The beach is a hike but manageable with the golf cart. The proximity to Camp Watercolor was also a plus. This was our first time staying in watercolor (we normally stay in Rosemary) and we will definitely be back.

Incredible Beach House

We have stayed in Watercolor a few times and this was hands down the best house we have ever stayed in. The kids loved the upstairs game area and bunk beds. Adults loved the kitchen and front porch. We are already planning our next trip and hoping to stay even longer. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Beautiful house. Well situated for a family. We used the pool everyday. The beach is literally 10 minutes away and what a beach it is! Golfcart and bikes saves $1000+

Great for families

Awesome home!

The property was immaculate with many extras (normal size dish soap and laundry detergent, extra rolls of paper towels and toilet paper, beach chairs, ice chests, etc) that were much appreciated! The location was not far from our normal spots, but it was not as bikeable as we have grown accustomed to in years past. Also, we used the grill quite a bit, but had to eat inside because there was no table outside. These two comments were small things in the scheme of things. We would consider staying here again for sure!

Outstanding property and experience!

Property was beautiful, at least as nice as pictured. Also has everything you need for a great experience—towels, beach chairs and umbrella, bikes, and golf cart. Great selection of pots, pans, glasses etc as well in the kitchen. Property manager was super responsive when we had a couple minor issues come up, getting someone on site to help resolve in a few hours. By far the best rental we have ever stayed at - fantastic overall experience. Hope to be back in the future!

Fantastic property

The property covers every detail for a pleasurable beach vacation experience. Great location, bikes, golf cart, pool, front rear porches, gas grill, beach chairs, beach towels, minutes golf cart ride to Publix, Seaside & Watercolor beach club. The home is tastefully furnished and spacious. 24 Bluestem sets the bar high!

Best house in Watercolor yet!

We have been renting houses in Watercolor for over 10 years and this house was the best one yet. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The owners have thought of everything that guests might need or want for their stay. The house was very clean and the management company was so prompt in answering any questions we had, both before and during our stay. The location is excellent--a quick bike ride or walk over the bridge to the beach. The golf cart and pool were added luxuries. We have only the highest reviews for this property!

One of the best

Clean, comfortable, well-situated, perfect for families. Our only frustrations were the overly complex tv and lighting controls. We felt like we needed a week’s training course at MIT before our visit. Some towel racks in the bathrooms would have been nice as well. We loved having use of the golf cart but could have used some more bikes. Overall, a great property.
