Also on the second floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen great for the household chef, a bedroom with a queen bed and twin trundle, adjoining hall bath, and a laundry facility with full washer and dryer. Making your way up to the third floor, you will find the king master suite with a twin day bed and twin trundle, in addition to a full attached bath and a private beach facing balcony. Also on the third floor is the queen suite with a full attached bath and balcony with stunning beach views. When gazing out over the beautiful tree tops onto the beach you will see how this home got the name "Pelican Place!"

Initially named after the thick grove of windswept trees bordering its pristine white sand beach, Seagrove has stayed true to its “roots” by preserving its original natural beauty.
