The first floor features 2 comfortable living areas, including a bright main living room with soaring ceilings and views of the pool, along with a separate lounge space perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. A Sonos sound system provides a seamless indoor experience throughout the home.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a 36-inch induction range, vent hood, wine fridge, Vitamix blender, and seating for 6 at the oversized island. The dining table nearby is set under a chandelier with space for 6-7 guests. Standard cookware, utensils, and essentials are provided for everything from quick breakfasts to family-style meals at home.
