BeachCrest 306 is a luxurious Gulf-front condo in the heart of Seagrove Beach overlooking the aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With its great location right on the beach, this unit is perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway.

The main area is open from the kitchen to the living room for easy entertaining and casual conversations. We know you'll want to as much time as possible out on the balcony. The salt water breeze will soothe the soul. And when you're ready, head down the elevator and out the breezeway to put your toes in the sand in minutes.

Both bedrooms feature king beds and Smart TVs. The sofa in the living area pulls out to a queen bed to accommodate 2 more guests. And this unit is located on the west of the building for additional privacy. 306 conveniently comes with a stacked washer and dryer at the front of the condo - so pack light!

Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the building. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
