Fantastic vaca home

Has everything you need for perfect vaca for girls trip or family trip! Comfortable beds, lots of room and fun in the backyard, and convenient location.

This location is everything as described and was a great place to stay. Great location, in the middle of everything and real close to the beach. Everything was great from the pool to the golf cart, which gets you around town. Will stay again

A very nice location and property close to the beach and downtown. An added bonus was the lovely swimming pool.

Perfect place for my family needs. Great location. A lot of walkable things to do and golf cart was a huge plus. Clean and updated house. Comfortable furniture. Spacious and large outdoor area with pool!

Location was perfect

Wonderful to be on one floor, the pool was perfect and the fire pit was a great place for s’mores at the end of the night. We would come back for sure.

The BEST stay ever. Perfect location and amenities.

Absolutely amazing property. All of the amenities were great; fenced backyard (the dogs loved it!!), wonderful pool, literally a 5 minutes walk to the Spooky Lane beach access. Can't recommend this property enough. We look forward to booking again next year!

I will be back!

Loved this house! Location was great! The golf cart was a great perk to get around to beaches and restaurants. The pool was so nice, but I think it was heated and it was so hot during our stay we only used the pool at night because it was so warm. I prefer a cool pool especially in the heat of summer. Great house!!

Wonderfull experience in the brentwood bungalo

This bungalo is perfect for your stay in santa rosa beach. The house is updated, modern with a great large kitchen with everything in it you could possible need. The private pool is wonderful along with the grassy area for my dog. The walk to the beach is perfect just 5 min and the golfcart was a nice perk to have to get to restaurants and the public beach...I love that there is a nice hiking area close by , you can walk to it from the house. The ammenities in the house were above expectations..

The perfect getaway.

Private pool!!!!!!! That was awesome, my family and I have been blessed to take vacations and travel different states (30) in total from national parks to major cities, but I got to say Santa Rosa and this beautiful property will be a must in the future God willing, and having the golf cart was the cherry on top. Highly recommend if you want some extreme RR. This property was very well maintained.

Santa Rosa Beach

Great proximity to the beach. The golf cart is a good touch, as well the pool and fenced in yard. The house could be a little cleaner and needs some small repairs & improvements. I say all of that on the basis of cost. Even for the holiday rates, it's a little pricey. All that said we had a great time.

Nice home for small family

This house has several pros, close walk to the beach, nice pool, and spacious rooms. I was disappointed with the state of most of the beach chairs, rafts, and pool items, as most of them were unusable or broken. The house is surrounded by condos which felt a little odd in the backyard with other people walking by and looking in. I would say the house could have been cleaned a bit better as we found cigarette butts in the back yard, and some other small areas inside that were not cleaned. Overall, the house is in a good location to the beach and the restaurants/stores and we enjoyed our stay.

Great comfortable house with heated pool

We had a great spring break at this property. It was very clean and fresh when we arrived. Our group consisted of 5 people, two adults and three teenagers. Also great for a small family. The beds and bedding are fabulous. So comfortable!! Which is a massive plus for me. The bungalo has everything you need including beach towels, beach chairs, floats and a wagon. The pool is a massive bonus especially when you can heat it. You can walk or cycle to restaurants/ice cream place and beach. It has a gas grill outside which was perfect for evening meals. We also had the best Ahi Tuna tacos at The Grove restaurant. I highly recommend Brentwood Bungalo.

Perfect Location

We stayed for a week in July and had the best time! 3 adults and 2 teenagers, and there was plenty of space. The pool is perfect, plenty of space for large floaters and loungers. We did buy our own pool toys. There is a wagon for the beach and beach chairs available which were great. Bathrooms are small and one of the bathrooms had plumbing issues while we were there. I do wish there was more light out back, it gets very dark. The house is within distance to the beach to walk, but we rented a golf cart. There is construction beside the house, which we only heard 1 day, other than that this is a very quiet location. I don’t know that we could have asked for much more and we are ready to go back!

Sun, Fun, & Relaxation!

Santa Rosa is such a beautiful beach! This was our first visit and the house was perfect for our family. We loved the large heated pool and there were many toys and floats for the kids! There were also sturdy chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella to use. It was great being so close to the white sandy beach - just a short 5-7 minute walk to the close access on Spooky Lane. We could also use the golf cart to the public beach which was only a 10 minute walk but great for shuttling the kids and gear. Evenings were wonderful with many fun places to eat. We also cooked in the kitchen a few times which worked out very well! We loved the smokeless fire pit and Adirondack chairs in the backyard - it was a pleasant surprise as it wasn't shown in the photos! The kids enjoyed making smores and it was a relaxing way to end the day. The fenced in backyard had a nice amount of space and there were games like Cornhole to play:) Overall a great experience and we are looking forward to going back to stay there!

Excellent location for a last minute trip!

For the price and availability this place was fantastic. Booked last minute. The house was picked up aside from a few things. There was trash under the couch, not one tv remote worked, a/c unit on the kids’ side of the house didn’t work, and the golf cart had been left uncharged. I went and bought some batteries instead of having someone come out. Then had to contact management about a/c. They were quickly responsive & sent someone out the next day who, I’m pretty sure, just changed the batteries in the box on the wall. But the a/c never worked properly. We were only there for a few days so we put kids n our room. The house is oddly surrounded by 3 and 4 story condos. They are in process of building one on one side that is very close. Makes me a little Leary when my kids are a private pool, with a gate that doesn’t lock, is part of the condo parking lot, and there are windows peering down onto the property everywhere. The room set up for little kids has a door leading to this same area and no fan or box fan. Lastly, this house is in fact pet friendly. Great for people with pets, however, the only area for pet’s to do their business is around border of pool area which left it wreaking of pet urine. This location is super convenient to the best food we have found on 30A. Service at every restaurant we went to was amazing as was the seafood. The golf cart is great and has speaker you can Bluetooth through. Public beach access stays busy go early for beach set up.

Great little house with everything you could want

I stayed with my senior parents, my husband and two kids (8 and 10). It worked perfectly for our needs, with the two masters and full bathrooms on opposite sides of the house and my kids' bedroom right beside ours. We enjoyed the convenience of the beach wagon and the cozy fire pit was a nice added bonus. Stepless entry into the house and the shower were great for my mom who doesn't do stairs well. Large couch was plenty big enough for everyone to watch movies. Owner was very responsive. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, which wasn't crowded even on Atlanta spring break. We bought seafood at Goatfeather's market and cooked at home, and enjoyed another night at Shunk Gulley restaurant with live music and an ocean view. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice House with Amazing Location

Perfect house for our family of 3. The location was amazing, and close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. House was immaculate when we arrived, and was very well maintained. Pool was good size and heated for our trip. We would definitely stay here again!!

Peaceful Home Near the Beach

Great house near the beach. Home was clean, well stocked and well maintained. We arrived Sunday and intended to leave Thursday morning but my kids loved the pool and access to the beach so we extended our stay through Saturday morning. Kitchen and grill made it easy to prepare food at home. Walking distance to the beach and the downtown strip. We walked almost everywhere. There is a pool shed with a beach wagon (this was amazing), an umbrella, beach tent, sand toys and some pool toys. Great outdoor space to relax in the sun and watch the kids play in the pool. Pool had a ledge on two sides that were in the water which my 4 year old loved as she could play and still stand to throw a ball to her brothers.

Perfect getaway!

We loved every minute in this property! From the location, to the amenities, to the communication with the property manager, it was what we hoped for and more! A hidden gem, you won’t regret booking this place!
