The property was all that we expected and then some. We loved the location and how quiet it was. The condo was awesome and the view was spectacular. Great family vacation!

Beautiful condo in perfect location

We loved this condo. Clean, updated, and proximity to the beach is hard to beat. Beach is private and uncrowded. Would definitely recommend!

The place was amazing. The management company was top notch.Our only issue was a 9am checkout time. We come to 30A at least 3 times a year and I’ve never had a 9am strict checkout. With kids, it’s hard, but we loved the place other than scrambling not to get fined for being late on our checkout.

Beautiful condo, prime location

Sugar Dunes is our family’s favorite place to stay, and this unit did not disappoint. Beautifully renovated, spacious balcony, private beach. What more could you ask for?

Great condo with a great view

This condo is fully remodeled and is very nice inside. The balcony faces the beach and the ocean. You have direct access to the beach from the balcony. Overall it was a great week. We will rent this condo again.

Great place, poor check in process

The condo was very nice, very clean and in a perfect location. Unfortunately we had some hiccups with the check in process resulting in us having to wait past the 3:00 check in to get in. And I felt that a check out time of 9:00 with costly penalties if we don’t leave by then was a little excessive.

A Beach Beauty

This condo is breath taking! The views of the beach are PRICELESS!!! The condo was absolutely stunning, very clean, and just a few steps to the beautiful white Sandy beach! Having two chairs and an umbrella that comes with the condo was wonderful! Our family and friends were very comfortable and enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony every morning watching the sunrise and sunsets! We will be back for sure! Mollie Wright, Friends, and Family

Serenity on the Beach

Let me start this review by stating that I am a bit of a snob. I like to stay at places that are at least as nice as home. With that said, this property is accurately represented on VRBO. The beds are comfortable. It has all of the utensils you would ever need. The view of the beach is terrific and the location is very nice. The complex is tucked away about 1/2 mile off of 30A, so it is quiet and isolated (in a good way). My only criticism is the living room furniture is a bit worn and not very comfortable, but the views and other positives far outweigh this minor complaint.

Beachfront winner

We enjoyed our stay at this beachfront property. Excellent views of beach from living areas and expansive deck. The photos online truly represent the actual unit. Response from management of unit was quick and complete. A minor glitch with the thermostat on heat/ac was the temperature selected was never exactly displayed on the thermostat after unit was running for an allowable amount of time. Also, the late check in time wastes time we could have enjoyed the unit. All in all, we would stay there again.

Perfectly peaceful

This property is beautifully decorated with a breathtaking view right out the door. Our family of six spent a week and enjoyed the privacy this rental gave compared to larger units in the area. Convenient to all things, but not in the high traffic areas. Our only issue was that the WiFi connection was hit or miss, which the management property did try to correct. We found it was just easier to run down to the local coffee shop for reliable WiFi if needed for a meeting or class. This will be the first place I check for availability when we plan a return trip.

Beautiful Condo but too much construction!

The view and location was beautiful. The condo was nice, and the beds were super comfortable. HOWEVER, construction from the condo directly overhead was so loud, beginning at 7:30-8:00 am and lasted throughout the day; we couldn't even be inside. Fine when weather was nice but the days it rained we could not take it. Then one night there was banging all night. sounds of drilling, air compressor, nail gun and hammering. It was a lot of money to pay for no Serenity.

The stay was wonderful! It was so lovely to be right on the ocean with windows for days. The walk up and down wasn’t bad at all. The furniture was comfortable and every room clean and well appointed. The only thing missing was beach toys of any kind and beach towels. Overall, it was awesome and we would highly recommend to family and friends. We visit every year and hope to stay again next year!

Great stay

We had a great stay. A little misinformation as VRBO says check in is 3 but 30a company says 4. Same with check out it’s listed as 10am and other company says 9am
