The space

Welcome to 'Evergreen Dream!'

Just a short walk from the WaterColor Beach Club, this home is the perfect coastal retreat for families and friends looking to be close to the sand while still enjoying plenty of space to relax!

Step inside on the first floor, where you'll find the first three beautiful bedrooms. The first bedroom features a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The second bedroom has two Full beds and connects to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. This bathroom is also connected to the third bedroom, which features three Twin beds, making it an ideal setup for kids or groups traveling together. Also, one laundry room is conveniently located on this level and includes a sink, full-sized refrigerator, and an ice maker.

Upstairs, the second floor is the heart of the home, with a bright and inviting open-concept living space designed for everyone to gather. The living room features comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and plenty of space to relax and spread out. Just beyond, the dining area offers a beautiful table, and the adjacent wet bar makes it easy to mix up drinks. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, beautiful wood cabinetry, and a spacious center island with seating for 4. The second floor also includes a half bathroom and another King bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom featuring dual vanities and a glass shower.

Step outside from the living area onto the spacious second-floor balcony, where you'll find a built-in BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, and an additional seating area. With glimpses of Western Lake through the trees, it's the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal or unwind in the evening!

Head upstairs to the third floor, where you'll find the home's peaceful retreat. The spacious master bedroom features a King bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a dedicated makeup area, a large glass shower with dual shower heads, and a separate soaking tub. The primary bedroom also includes its own private washer and dryer tucked conveniently inside the closet. Also on the third floor is an additional sleeping area with a Twin-sized daybed and its own en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

There is parking available for 2 cars, with additional parking pads located throughout the community.

With its incredible location, you're less than a 2-minute walk from the WaterColor Beach Club and private beach access, with tons of community pools, scenic trails, restaurants, and shopping all nearby as well! Whether you're spending the day on the beach, relaxing on the balconies, or exploring 30A by bike, this home puts you right in the middle of it all!

This house comes with a maximum of 14 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The WaterColor Beach Club is literally steps from the home, featuring a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, an additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and a third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! The ultra-desirable location of this home cannot be beat, especially for families!!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with a monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

These accesses are included in the nightly rate and are NO additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
