Perfect Beach House

We had such a wonderful time in this house that we didn’t want to leave! The details and finishes on the home are just what you’d expect from a luxury rental, and the views from the master suite were simply gorgeous! The kitchen made cooking for a crowd easy and was well stocked with everything we needed. The management company was responsive to any need we had and everything was in good working order. Highly recommend.

Summer vacation

This house was amazing! Plenty of room for multiple families. Great location next to beach. We loved the private beach, pool, hot tub, and lower level game room. We will definitely book again.

Paradise!

This is such a beautiful home in a fabulous location! The home truly cannot be beat; it is spectacular in every way; spacious, clean, plenty of open common spaces to gather inside and outside and an amazing pool! It is very well supplied with dishes, utensils, plush towels and very comfortable beds and bedding. The attention to detail to make a comfortable stay is excellent. We are a family of 8 adults and 9 children ages 4-11 who rent homes every year for our family to gather and we all agreed this one set the bar that will not be able to beat! While not directly on the beach it is just a very short walk and the public acres is perfect for a large group! Again, the pool is spectacular- large, great for swimmers and children with a nice outside shower and bathroom. Would highly recommend this home and we hope to be back!

Sanctuary at Seagrove

We had a lovely family vacation that everyone enjoyed very much. The private beach access is not accurate. You are on a public so be ready for everything that entails. The facility is extremely nice and the manager is very accommodating.

Modern-Luxury with Sanctuary at Seagrove

You can never really tell 100% with pictures, but this space, the location, and the detail of this property was outstanding and over-delivered with our expectations. This property is unmatched combining a clean and spacious place with modern luxurious design right in front of the beach. 7 of the bedrooms with king size beds in each had their own private shower (top two master suites had bath tubs also). The views of the beach from the second and third floors were exactly as the pictures showed, but even better in person. The bunk room was ideal for the younger kids and convenient to have TV’s at some of the bunk beds to log into Disney plus, etc. The pool table, foosball table and pool/spa provided great bonding time. We heated the pool and spa during our stay. Having the 6 seater golf cart was perfect to take short trips up and down 30A to all the different neighborhoods. Kelly was fantastic and very prompt in answering any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and modern-luxury experience along 30A.

Beautiful House, Excellent Location

This house is perfect for large family gatherings. It is very kid friendly and secure. It is close to public beach access which is convenient for strollers and wagons. Although it states there is a “private” walk way to the private beach it really in nothing more than a 2 ft wide overgrown trail that is not accessible with strollers or wagons. The public access was more convenient All in All - Beautiful Home.

Sensational Venue

Over-the-top great experience. The grand sweep of this property is hard to describe accurately. Just beautiful. Outdoor Pool, fussball and pool tables inside, multiple places on top 3 floors where a large group can congregate for fun and fellowship. We loved it.
