Nueva construcción terminada en 2018! Esta casa de dos pisos de aproximadamente 2,385 pies cuadrados incluye 4 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños y capacidad para 10 personas. Ubicado en el corazón de Seagrove Beach, a solo 300 metros del acceso a la playa y 1.25 km del mar.

Esta casa de planta abierta ofrece un uso óptimo del espacio para el entretenimiento en interiores y exteriores con 4 porches cubiertos para ampliar la vida interior. El interior contará con acabados de alta gama, pisos de madera de nogal en todo, techos de 10 pies en ambos niveles, encimeras de cuarzo en la cocina y baños y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, solo por mencionar algunos.

La planta baja alberga la sala de estar abierta, la cocina gourmet con electrodomésticos KitchenAid de calidad comercial y el comedor con capacidad para 8 personas. Pase por la sala de estar y el comedor a través de dos puertas francesas que conducen a un gran porche con cama de día colgante y amplios asientos. Desde aquí se tiene una gran piscina privada. En la planta baja encontrará una suite principal con una cama king size, baño privado con ducha grande y tocadores dobles.

Ingrese al segundo piso y encontrará la siguiente suite principal con un baño privado que cuenta con una gran ducha y una gran bañera. Esta suite principal también tiene un balcón privado con vistas a la avenida San Juan. A lo largo del pasillo del segundo piso encontrará una lavadora y secadora. El tercer dormitorio de huéspedes king tiene un balcón privado con vista a la piscina y tiene un baño completo compartido. El cuarto dormitorio tiene dos literas (4 camas individuales) y un baño compartido.

When we arrived the pool was dirty, I called the management company and they said they would send the pool company the next day. They did not come and it was never cleaned, no lights in the pool either. Just very disappointed in that since we payed way more to have a house with a pool. Couldn’t even sit outside in the screened in porch, it had no fans and you need one when it’s a 100 degrees outside( we had to go buy a fan to put out there). The house next door to it had a beautiful clean blue pool with lights and a patio with fans. We will stay there next time. The doors for the pantry and the main bath both fell down multiple times. They both need to be taken down, one almost fell on my child (very unsafe)!Overall, would NOT stay at this house again.

Great Beach House

This house checked all of our boxes of the 7 of us. Kids always want a pool, this house has a very nice pool and a relaxing backyard. Walking to the beach each morning was so close - literally at the end of the street. No golf cart needed here. 5 minute bike ride to Seaside. Only negative I noticed was the gas grill, it was pretty nasty inside, and most interior components were rusted out or broke. They do have a green egg - which I did not use. Overall, we look forward to staying here again.

Friends and daughters girl trip

Very inviting home- very clean and well stocked in kitchen. Had complimentary household necessities to get us through first couple days. Close walk to beach access, close proximity to shopping/dining. Very safe area. Excellent attentiveness by host- great communication. Would definitely stay here again. We had three adult women and four 16 year old girls, so setup of beds -bedrooms worked perfect!

Great beach vacation spot on 30A

We loved this house for our party of 10. Very spacious bedrooms and a very private back yard with a good sized pool. Walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes and very close to grocery stores and shopping.

Loved this place!

Overall we had a great time. We especially liked the short walk to the beach, pool area, and screened in porch with swing. Rooms and kitchen were clean and comfortable. Bunk beds are not big enough for older teens and pool needed cleaning when we arrived. Otherwise it was a great week!

Amazing home, great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this home, perfectly located steps from the beach and about a mile from Seaside Square. The bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious and living space was great. Lovely porch and pool. 4 adult bikes were brand new! Property Manager was very responsive. Bring your own beach towels and chairs. We rented chairs/umbrellas easily on the beach.

Everything is super except for the pool heater

Excellent location...3 minute walk to beach. Great floorplan for our 2 families. Outdoor area is nice, porches and balconies are a plus. The beds and tv situation was perfect...bathrooms were very nice and clean. I feel like the kitchen is ready for a replenish. Drinkware, silverware and pots and pans were all either minimal or beyond life expectancy. We were provided 4 bikes, two of which required some on the spot repair to make functional but not enough to need replaced. The only sore spot was the pool heater. Pool was cold when we arrived. We called and communicated for the next few days and it never got fixed. It took till day 4 to get someone qualified out, he said it had a bad part and we never heard another thing. I had kids staring at an ice cold pool all week asking me if it was going to be fixed. After reading thru the reviews I see it is a reoccurring issue. We understood we were rolling the dice on weather in April which is why we selected a house with a pool heater and paid for it. A refund was issued but had we known this we would have used a different property considering the time of year we were staying. Most disappointing is that the manual gas valve to the heater was closed on our arrival which tells me no one went out the day before or morning of our arrival to preheat the pool. So even if the heater was functional we would have probably been a day at least without heated water. Great property in all but you might be without a heated pool.

This great house with balconie's, screened in back porch and private pool had everything and more. It had plenty of room for us 6 adults. The bed's were very comfortable and linen's were clean and comfy. The location to the beach access and all the amenities was perfect! We highly recommend it and the Oversee company. We are already looking at their other location's to plan our next stay.

We stayed here one year before and the property was in good shape. This year the living/dining room furniture, porch furniture, and just the general condition of the home is in need of an upgrade. We love the area but the condition of the home needs improvement.

Great house for tall people

We had a girls’ trip at this house. It was great set up for us. We loved the screened in porch and spent a lot of time hanging out out there. It was a quick walk to the beach. We could walk easily to Seaside and biked to Alys Beach/Rosemary (although it was a 45 minute bike ride). Overall, great experience. However, the house wasn’t built with short people in mind - all of the sinks and countertops were so tall!

Affordable rental with a great location

Compared to other properties in the area, this house was very reasonably priced. It was a short walk to the beach and close to nearby restaurants and Seaside Square. The only downside was that the heat in the pool was not working, which would’ve been nice to have since we were there in October and temperatures were usually cool. The house itself had large bedrooms, closets and a pantry, which was nice since we had three families staying there.

Great location and value

Property needs a little work but that certainly didn't effect our stay. Back screen door screen is near falling out. Dishwasher needs to be re-installed and leveled. The gas grill tank was empty and (being over the 4th of July) we had a heck of a time finding a replacement. No big deal, but inconvenient.

great location, short walk to the beach. the house needed to be cleaned better. Needs more hooks for towels, swimsuits etc. inside and outside. I wish the property manager would have been willing to provide a pack n play.

Family vacation

The house is great and we liked the location. A quiet street and short walk to beach. The house does need some TLC and a good scrubbing. Owner needs to update kitchen items and bedding.

Lovely pool

The house was wonderful. The walk to the beach was short. We had 2 children ( 6 yo and 18 mo ) and walking to the beach with them was manageable. The screened in porch was a great way to enjoy the pool view . When we arrived the pool had lots of pine needles and appeared unkept. We called upon arrival and the owner was very responsive sending a pool guy out to clean and fill the poo, the heater was a nice addition. The kitchen was perfect for family dinners. We will come again for sure !

House is beautiful and so close to the beach! Clean and the company so nice to help us.

Overall we will renting again next time this beautiful house , we been this last year 3 times at sea-grove it’s our happy place to enjoy with the family .
