Seaside Proper Condo walk to the beach, shopping & restaurants

  • Live like a local in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo just steps to all that Seaside has to offer. Walk to all the restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. Rental comes with wristbands for Seaside beach access at the Coleman Pavilion. You can rent chairs there or bring your own. Located on the second floor of the building it has a large porch / balcony overlooking beautiful Ruskin Place Artist Colony, there is a screened in porch for dining and another balcony shared by 2 of the bedrooms with nice views of Seaside. The living room has a 85 inch smart TV, the dining room has seating for 6 and there is a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed & private bathroom. 2 have tubs / shower combos and one has a shower only. The condo sleeps 6. If you are looking for the perfect location in the middle of all the action of Seaside but still offers a peaceful setting & privacy this is the condo for you.

Everything in the place was first class! The atmosphere, the furnishings and the location could not have been better. Property manager was extremely communicative and helpful on arrival day with questions we had. Will definitely be back!

The condo is so convenient to all the shops and eateries. Also very convenient to the beach. The best part was the porch that had a view of the park area. The screened porch was nice too.
