The condo location and view were perfect. The layout of the condo worked out nicely with our grown children, everyone had a bathroom. We spent most of our time on the beach or the balcony.The condo was not very clean, dust bunnies on the floor, long black hair stuck to the bathroom walls and shower, toothpaste on the wall in bathroom, mildew in master shower. Lamps broken and/or missing, the furniture is either old or from a second hand thrift shop, master comforter dirty and had holes in it, rug under master bed is dirty, both have seen better days. Was told there was an elevator to assist with unloading the car to the 3rd floor, it wasn't working when we arrived. I was 2 months post knee replacement surgery and this just about killed me. Staff at rental office were not friendly, they never sent us the gate code or garage code, we did receive the door code however. When we called for the gate code to get in the lady was so rude. We were also told there was no outside parking on the grounds and that we would need to pay for parking somewhere for my sons oversized truck as it wouldn't fit in the garage. He ended up renting a car for this reason and there was plenty of outside parking for this unit. I probably wouldn't rent again through this rental company.
