50th Anniversary

This was a wonderful place for our family vacation. The home was very clean and had enough space for everyone. We loved being close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing vacation

We have stayed with Amanda before at her place and we love the location, the home, heated pool, the beaches. Our adult children love coming back to this rental.

Enjoyed all of the beach supplies which were available.The only suggestion I have is their are weeds surrounding the pool - it would be nice if they were cleaned up.

Family Wedding/Reunion

Amanda's home was a great location for us to spend time together and reconnect while celebrating a wedding. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches to make our stay memorable. It was also very close to the beach which was within an easy 5 to 10 minute walk. I would definitely recommend staying here in Santa Rosa Beach!

This house is fantastic! The owners are great. This house is set up perfectly for small children/families. The owners thought of everything in case you forgot something for the kids. We will be staying here again.

A Great Time in Santa Rosa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Amanda's home. Everyone--adults and kids--commented on its cleanliness, decor, and proximity to the beach. The pool was a major plus, especially after enjoying the beach and surf. We also appreciated the beach closet with the chairs, wagon, floats, umbrellas, etc., along with the bikes. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Christmas at the beach!

Upon checking in we had a couple of minor issues that was handled immediately. The owner was absolutely awesome and very attentive. The short walk to the beach was worth every penny. Will definitely stay there again! Thank you Amanda

Great location and communication!

We just loved our time at this home. The house was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed to make a lot of our meals there and enjoy a beach vacation. It is a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream. Out kids loved the pool and it was very convenient to have floats, beach toys, and a wagon available for use. The host was kind and responded to inquiries and requests in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous Week Away!

We could not have asked for a better place for our family getaway. This home is amazing and the homeowner is wonderful to work with. We had a blast! Beautiful, clean and just close enough to the beach. I would highly recommend this home to anyone with high standards. My family continued to tell me how impressed they were with my selection, since I was the one who found it, and that was a great feeling! Thanks, Ben, for a wonderful week away from it all!

Great home

This home was fantastic! It was clean and was plenty of room for our big family. The walk to be beach wasn't far and the beach access that is closest to the house has bathrooms, rinse off station and a lifeguard stand - it was great! There is ice cream and restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend this home. One thing to think about though is that there are some steep stairs and we had two little ones (1.5 years old) and that was a headache to keep them off the stairs.

We enjoyed our stay

Great times, great house, great location. Clean property near great beach. I would say the beach chairs could be replaced and an umbrella was not in good shape. Pool maintenance occurred on a Friday and we did not know until a stranger walked into the pool area as we were in it. That was creepy. Overall, great times had by all.

Beach stay

Overall great place and location. Only a few issues that can be fixed easily. Bed comforters Dirty with makeup and no trash bags provided. Lights around pool and car port did not work and made it hard for kids to swim late which was one reason we picked site. Bikes provided were rusted and not easy to ride. Would stay here again, just need a few fixes

Great place!

Probably the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in- and I’ve stayed in a lot! Also more attention to detail in this home than most as far as what comes stocked for you. Great communication with owner. Something you can’t really tell by the listing (unless you’re familiar with the area) is the location is wonderful. It’s part of a mini neighborhood with 7 other houses. Very quiet and seems safe. My kids were able to ride bikes on the wide, flat private entrance to these homes without me having to worry about traffic! Beach access is convenient. Layout is very efficient! They have squeezed a lot into this space.

Best Stay for Bachelorette

We had an amazing time at Amanda’s home! The home was exactly what we were expecting and the perfect place to celebrate my best friend’s bachelorette weekend. We loved how close the beach access was but still off the beaten path. The home was stocked with necessities and we were all so comfortable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A wonderful property

Having just returned from a brief girls trip to 30A, I can already find myself wanting to go back! What a beautiful home with all the amenities you could ask for. The home was extremely well maintained and cared for and was spotless upon our arrival. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and a few shops/restaurants. The owner and housekeeper could not have been more accommodating. Even the locals who walked down our street were friendly and helpful. The home was fully stocked with everything you could ever need and more. We took full advantage of the bicycles and the beach chairs/umbrella. Everything was in immaculate condition. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Awesome Stay

We had 7 adults and 4 children and this property fit our needs perfectly. Great location. Beach is walkable. But much easier with a golf cart.
