Wedding weekend

Great property! Easy to book, extremely clean and well maintained. Plenty of space. Close to everything, including great trails for running. Really easy to get in touch with the property management company about questions. Will definitely book again!

DELIGHTFUL STAY! AMAZING HOME!

Our family of 5 (us, toddler, & grandmas) enjoyed our stay for 8 days in Sept 2024. Loves: Very Clean; well maintained; great amenities; as pictured Great layout inside & out Well stocked kitchen & bath towels Great location. Seagrove public beach access 5 mins walking (no parking). Cassine Cir ideal for kids to play. Goatfeathers close. Publix 7 min drive. Benchmark very responsive before & during stay Check in/out easy Super helpful outdoor shower has hot water Comments: We did not use the pools or communal things, so no comment Grill worked. Construction behind property no bother Stock up on amenities; only initial supply provided NO beach supplies: towels, chairs, tents, umbrellas, toys, totes, cooler, wagon, or regular umbrellas supplied. Brought own. No accommodations for babies/toddlers; brought own Ring camera is by kitchen door; can’t see shower. Just don’t come out naked & you’ll be fine. Can park 2 vehicles in driveway without blocking. Anymore can line up in driveway. No street parking. Side yard right of the driveway very soggy with rain. Minor areas of improvement: Need more kitchen hand towels; had only 1 Need more blankets & pillowcases. Only had bed sheets & bed covers. Plenty of pillows. Need broom & dustpan for daily cleaning; the Dirt Devil’s exhaust blows a lot of the debris around. Need cleaning sprays for daily cleaning. Many are particular about cleaning products, so best if the host provides. Returning soon! Thanks for sharing ur home!

Love this beach house/neighborhood!

This is our fourth time staying at this property, and we absolutely love it. The house is clean, the neighborhood is both quiet and lovely, the neighborhood pool is well-kept, and it’s only a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back again! I wouldn’t dock any overall stars for this because it may not be something that can be helped, but the view from the backyard isn’t very appealing due to debris and the current construction happening in the lot behind. That isn’t pictured/shown in the listing. Hopefully it will be better once that’s finished!

Labor Day 2023

The property was great! We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. This was definitely one of the cleanest rental units we’ve stayed in. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space in living areas. Just a short walk to beach. Having bikes with the property was a plus!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

It's honestly hard to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay here. The property is absolutely stunning. The furnishing and decor were amazing. The kitchen is full of all necessities. Beds are super comfy. TV's are all smart, which is great for kiddos. The firepit was a huge plus for us. We enjoyed the bicycles too. This is definitely a treasure to find. We hope to be returning very soon.

Great family Vaca!

My family and friends had a great time here. The house was clean and very well maintained. It was a quick 2 blocks/5 minute walk to the beach. 4 adults and 3 kids had plenty of space. The sofas were large and comfy. The bed were comfortableand the linens were good quality.

Great family vacation

My family came to 30A for the first time this past week. My husband and I took four teens/young adults ages 15-20 with us. We had a great vacation. The location is perfect and the home is comfortable and beautiful. We rented a golf cart and was able to get to all the local shops and restaurants without using our car. The bikes provided were also great. We would love to go there again.

Awesome House!Beach Crowded!

We’ve stayed in Cassine Village before and it’s our favorite. The beach situation changed this year - everyone not staying beachfront in the private condos was squished into a very small section of beach. It was super crowded and you have to get up very early if you want a spot. It was disappointing! But the property itself was amazing and we loved it!

Comfortable and relaxing

It’s very well laid out with enough space for everyone. The kitchen has all the tools if you are doing a night in. The bikes were a nice touch and there was a trailhead in the neighborhood. We had a great time.

Perfect for 2 families!

We had a great stay at Gone Gulfin’ with our 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was exactly as pictured with plenty of space. A short walk across the main road out of the neighborhood got us to the beach. The pool around the corner was also nice to have. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Perfect Vacation

We loved the house and the location. Easy walk to the beach and pool. We enjoyed hanging out in the nice backyard. There were stores and restaurants nearby. They had nice bikes in great condition for us to use. Spacious kitchen stocked with all the things you need. Overall it really lived up to everything we wanted for a beach vacation.

Fantastic house and location

We had a wonderful stay at Gone Gulfin'! The pictures and description were spot on. The location was great - just a short walk to the beach, ice cream, pizza, etc. There was plenty of gathering space in the house, and the backyard was an added bonus. No complaints!

Fantastic trip

We had the best time at Seagrove and at this property. The house so really cute, clean, and in a wonderful location. It’s a short and lovely walk to the beach. We really loved the quiet community and spent some time walking around the neighborhood as well. Great food carry out options within walking and biking distance. The backyard privacy was also greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Delightful home!

This is a wonderful home in a great location! Amazing backyard space with fire pit and lots of chairs, great access to the beach & great property management! Would have loved to have had some beach items to use while we were there, but also understand we went in November. Lots of fun things within walking distance too....snow cones, ice cream & more! Would definitely rent again!

Ideal “Shelter in Place” location (where's the 10-star option?)

We stayed in this home March 15-19, 2020 – just as the coronavirus situation was heating up. I can’t think of a better location to shelter in place and practice social distancing. The home has everything you could need: it’s spacious and tastefully decorated, including beautiful artwork throughout; flat-screen TVs mounted in every room (including the sunroom); a well-designed kitchen with a slow cooker, convection oven, and many other kitchen accessories; a peaceful wrap-around porch with rocking chairs for social distancing with a cool beverage in hand; a smart heating/cooling system; quality linens, etc. There are also a full-sized washer and dryer, and two beach chairs. You can tell this is a family vacation home full of thoughtful details – not a soulless, Ikea-filled box. The home is located in the charming Cassine Village, a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood featuring all-American homes with white picket fences, a beautiful nature trail, pools and lots of opportunities to ride the four bikes that come with the rental. It’s a five-minute walk to the public beach access, ice cream shops, and more. Can’t recommend this home enough and hope we have the good fortune to stay there again.

Beach Dream

Home is perfect in every way. Beautiful decor, close proximity to beach, pool, shopping, restaurants & nearby beach towns. Loved having the bikes & grill. Chocolate chip cookies were a surprise bonus! Wonderful memories made with good friends & we plan to return in the future.

Mostly great

Location and house were excellent. The house was missing some very basic essentials that I’ve always gotten when staying at a vacation rental like this: No dish soap, limited hand soap and trash bags, no salt/pepper/spices, etc. The master bed and bath were excellent as well as kids room. Guest room and bath were not as great. Bed was so hard I pulled sheet off to make sure it wasn’t a box spring we were sleeping on...ouch! The guest shower did not drain well and the shower head was stuck on one setting. The ring doorbell was also placed right next to the outdoor shower. With the kids we wanted to strip and shower outside before bringing them in which was really weird with the camera right there!! The overall stay and property was still nice and we’d still stay again but would be better prepared with what we bring to make the stay more comfortable.

Great spot for families

The home was spacious for two families with little ones plus a single adult. Enough beds and space for everyone to be comfortable. The place is well furnished and clean. They provided ample bath towels, beach towels and sheets. The walk to the beach was just a couple blocks and getting beach service at the beach was easy. The pool is on the smaller size and the tennis courts are showing some wear but they were sufficient for our uses. The management company was very responsive to our issues and super easy to work with. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

Loved our stay here!

We appreciated everything this home had to offer—it was comfortable and well-kept, close to the beach, had a very nice neighborhood pool, and more. It delivered on everything promised! The rental company was also very attentive and quick to respond to questions. If we could subtract half of a star we would only because of spotty Wi-Fi and a tiny issue that didn’t really affect how much we enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay here again!
