Spring Break Fun!

My friends and I came here for spring break! It was such a nice house and Rupa is a queen!She was super responsive and accommodating! The pool was gorgeous with a really homey kitchen, living room space. The bedrooms were very clean and spacious. With two balconies perfect for pictures!Blue Mountain Beach is awesome!

Perfect Get Away

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation home! Our group included three generations—grandparents, parents, and kids—and the house had something for everyone. The layout was perfect for both gathering as a family and finding quiet spots to relax. The spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, and large dining table were idea. The back patio was a highlight for us, especially the pool and outdoor seating area. The kids loved splashing around while the adults enjoyed lounging in the sun and taking in the peaceful surroundings. The location was ideal too—close enough to nearby attractions for short runs to Grayton and Seaside but secluded enough to feel like a true getaway. Blue Mountain Beach access was convenient for walking. We did rent a golf cart which was great for our short runs. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this home for families looking for a multi-generational vacation spot. We made so many great memories here and can’t wait to return! details?

Awesome!! Nice place to stay.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful home. Having three masters with bathrooms in each was nice. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Perfect location! Just a quick golf cart ride to the beach. The beach was beautiful but more crowded than I thought it would be. We had an awesome time!!

Absolutely Awesome SRB trip with the lovely Home Away From Home Stay!! “Stayin’ Sandy” has it all: great location, all amenities and comforts, plenty of space for our family of ten, and is spotlessly clean! As mentioned in most reviews, Rupa is the best ever Property Manager! She is delightful to deal with and committed to making your stay beyond perfect; she is always available and goes above and beyond…even to mailing the clothing we left in a drawer!! “Stayin’ Sandy” and Rupa are certainly deserving of all of their 5 Star reviews!!

Great stay at 30A!

This was our first time to 30A and we had a blast. We stayed with another couple with small children (3 kids from 2-6 years old). The house layout is perfect for multiple families and we definitely got a lot of use out of the pool and nearby beach!

Stayin Sandy is perfect

Highly recommend this property. The home is modern, clean and has every amenity that you would need. Location is perfect as Stayin Sandy is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and the walking trail. The home has a nice size pool, beach chairs, cooler and bikes available for your use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Hosts communicated promptly to all questions.

Perfect spot!

We have been coming to the destin area for 10+ years and this was our first time staying on 30a. We can’t say enough good things about this property. The home and property manager took care of so many little details to make this a one of a kind vrbo. We had adorable custom stayin’ sandy cupcakes and beach towels upon our arrival and the house is absolutely beautiful. You can tell the owners pay attention to detail and there was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 7 children. We loved the area and the change of pace from the destin traffic was amazing. If you are looking for a place on 30a I would definitely recommend booking with rupa at stayin’ sandy!

Would Stay Here Again!

The process was so easy and responsiveness to any of our needs were top notch. We felt very welcome and appreciated with our welcome treats! With having 14 bodies in a house, everyone still had space to themselves and the space was just beautiful! Many of us are in design/construction and we felt great in the space. A couple tips: The ref had a hard time keeping up with cooling so much food and the construction next to the house was not unbearable. And an extra pack or two of toilet paper would have been just right, Thank you for being available to host our first new large family vacation.

Delightful

Wonderful place! Hated to leave! Had 6 adults and 2 under 2 and plenty of space! So nice that there was a high chair and pack and play. Pool was so nice and it is close to beach! Love the neighborhood! Lots of extras - beach chairs, pool toys etc. Quick response to any questions! Hope to go back sometime!

Amazing rental

Host added personal touches throughout the rental to make it feel like a home. Clean, comfortable space which was well stocked with great location. Pool was a nice bonus. Host very responsive and made house user friendly with instructions, labels etc. Would definitely stay again.

Our Perfect Vacation

We have stayed at many VRBO's; but this was our absolute favorite. Pictures do not do this home justice; Rupa was incredibily helpful in recommendations and always quick to respond. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to everything you need including the beach. This was one of the best well appointed houses I have ever stayed in; top of the line cookware, appliances and there was nothing that we wished we had there. They had it all; including beach umbrellas, beach chairs, wagon and the porches and pool were lovely places to hang out and relax! Do not miss out on the Organic shop accross the street with wonderful smoothies or fantastic breakfast and coffee at the bakery. Can't wait to come back.

Nice place

Good place for family to stay. Expensive but the house was big enough for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. The pool was great for the kids too. Parking only for 3 cars was a challenge. Overall a great place to stay.

Above and beyond all of our expectations!

My extended family and I just returned from a remarkable and memorable stay in 30A, and we absolutely LOVED this house. The pictures, lovely as they are, do not do this incredible house justice. The house is immaculate, and impeccably decorated. We all were blown away by Rupa's attention to detail. It's by far the most well-appointed house we've rented in our 15+ years on VRBO, especially the little touches that go a long way, like laundry baskets in each bedroom, pre-filled hand soap at all sinks, and hotel-style nightstand lamps that contain outlets and USB ports. You name it, this house has it. We used and appreciated the gas grill, the cheese board (!!!), the dual zone wine fridge, Instant Pot, Ninja blender, 4 bicycles, countless beach chairs and pool toys, and the many, many labeled and beautifully organized spices in the spice drawer. Everything in the house is labeled, with clear instructions, and very user friendly. The pool is a great size, and Rupa was great about heating it for us when the rain cooled the temps. In terms of location, this was our first time staying in the Blue Mountain area, and we love it. There are three beach entrances nearby--best to have a golf cart to reach the third, most secluded beach, which is where we spent most of our time. There's a good amount of foot traffic, but not overwhelming like on other parts of 30A (and not so sparsely populated that you wonder where the rest of the people are). The house is also very close walking distance to lots of restaurants. Blue Mabel is great for date night and adult drinks. Blue Mountain Bakery and Blue Mountain Creamery were very popular with everyone in our group, especially the kids. The nearby Irish pub is also great for bar food and drinks while catching a game. Rupa was very attentive and quick to respond, and super nice. This trip was my extended family's first gathering since before the pandemic began, and we couldn't have chosen a better house, location, or host. We're already looking forward to next year. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property and Incredible Owner

This house is as advertised, "stunning". Everything is lovely, well appointed (...literally, everything, including bedrooms, beds (super comfortable), spacious bathrooms, pool deck with ample and cozy seating, new grill, beautiful kitchen and seating area, an outside closet stocked with beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. etc.) and the layout was perfect for our bigger family (5 children). Every detail was considered and is provided to guests. It is a very short walk to the beach and the pool made our most difficult decision all week whether we made it a pool day, beach day or both. While the house speaks for itself, there are not enough accolades for the owner. This is our best owner experience ever - anywhere. She was incredibly gracious, responsive and attentive during our entire stay - even for our wacky questions. :) She made our stay sooooo much more enjoyable. We will for sure seek her property(ies) in the future.
