We really enjoyed our stay at Stoked! Location is fantastic, very close to the beach and four doors away from the Red Bar and other restaurants. There was a convenient path to the beach with just a few minutes walk. House came with a golf cart but wasn’t needed being so close.

We loved the house, especially the bed swing on the porch and having use of the golf cart. The dishwasher did not work the entire time we were there, which was frustrating but other than that, despite the rain, we had a nice relaxing stay.

Great location— true to the listing. Clean for the most part, but I would recommend getting the living room sofa professionally cleaned. The cleaning crew also showed up unannounced, an hour before checkout and asked if they could “Go ahead and get started”. Overall, it’s a great option in Grayton Beach, with room for a few improvements.

What an amazing place in an amazing location. Our hosts were epic, thank you to Hollie for our bonfire and for the extra bikes! Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Loved everything, can't wait to rebook!

Perfect for a Family Trip

We felt right at home and enjoyed a relaxing week at the beach. The house was well equipped and attractively decorated. The location is excellent and the view is as shown in the photos. We hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay. It was amazing being right on the beach. Views were so beautiful. Perfect location. House was great for our family. Hosts were awesome and treated us to a bonfire. The beach chairs, bikes and golf cart provided were great such an incredible bonus!!! We will stay again.

AWESOME house! 30a beach girls is amazing to work with. They helped with our shuttle, groceries, and hibachi chef. This house is the best we have ever rented. Right on the sand!

30a Vacation Home Review Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was absolutely gorgeous and everything was exactly as advertised! Loved all of the amenities, inside and outside! Loved the gift box of goodies, very thoughtful. Perfect family vacation spot!

We visit Grayton Beach a couple times a year. This was our first stay in Stoked and it surpassed our expectations! Super cozy with breathtaking views!! And that porch swing! Wow! Super quick walk to the beach and local eateries which was perfect with our infant grand baby. The whole family was smitten and we instantly decided we will book here again!

Immaculately clean and amazing views, this house was a great choice for our family getaway. Walkable to the beach, red bar, chiringo, and easy access too many 30a activities. The house is spacious and has everything you need for a 30a vacation. 30a Beach Girls is excellent with communication and their app is comprehensive, giving you all the details you'll need for your stay. The included bikes and golf cart made the stay even more enjoyable and fun!

My grandchildren want to rent this home every-time we visit 30a!

I like that I was able to be in communication with any question I had via text with near immediate responses. My daughter and grandchildren love the layout of the home and want to rent only this house every-time we visit 30a. The views and proximity to the beach can't be beat!! Home was spotless and had everything we needed. See you in the spring.

Beautiful views! Amazing home!

The view is breathtaking. The beach was just outside. Grayton is quieter than the majority of 30a and this area is great for paddle boarding and shelling. The house was clean and well equipped with lots of goodies, towels and toys and had a golf cart and bikes. The 30a beach girls manager was responsive and easy to deal with texted often and assisted with dinner ideas. We would rent again!
