Perfect location

We had a great family stay at Slo Mocean. House had everything we needed for 8 adults and 4 children. Be aware, though, that during Spring Break weeks lots of noise from teens walking and driving back and forth in front of house on 30A.

A beautiful house in a perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beautiful house comfortably fit all 8 of us. It was so easy to get to the beach in minutes and the great Seaside food selections. We barely needed our cars once we arrived. It made for such a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

From the layout of the home, to the location to the beach and Town Square and of course the Florida sunshine. We highly recommend this property, very nice home with quick responses from Homeowners Collection during our stay. Only negative is when we went to book the same week next year it was already booked. Feel we should have the opportunity to book, 12 months out is reasonable, not 18.

The location is wonderful, the quality of the home couldn't be better and we loved the layout. We had more than enough room for our group of 10. My sister and I have just lost our dad and we took our families on Spring Break together to find some peace. Thank you for sharing this home with us to do so. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: GreatOnly problem was teenagers roaming at night and yelling right in front of the house. This went on for what seemed like hours. Only on Friday night did we see security to move along. Additionally bicycles are a on the walking path are not careful and ride much too fast.Traffic! As usual.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time enjoying this beautiful home that was in a great location. It was very clean. My only complaint was that the owners took all the looks off bedroom doors and some bathroom doors. It’s nice to have some privacy. I did message property mger next morning but had to ask again 24 hrs later but was told the owners don’t want locks on the doors. If you don’t mind interior doors that don’t lock, you will love it here.

It would be helpful if the large homes came with beach towels to use (not to keep/own) along with bath towels. 2/bedroom would be perfect. We travel by plane and end up having to buy beach towels and leave them. Also, please provide laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent for the full rental period,not just a few days worth. Thank-you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Slomocean was the perfect house for our family of 8 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. The living spaces on two floors plus the upper deck allowed for multiple gathering spaces and room to spread out. The large dining table is wonderful for family style dinners and we loved the ice maker for beach coolers. The house is beautiful and in good condition. TVs in every room, but they are difficult.The best feature of the house is the location. Steps from the beach and also the the town center. The view from the upper deck is breathtaking. Noisier than a house deeper in the neighborhood, but worth it to be so convenient to the reasons we come to Seaside.
