Esta renovada casa adosada de 2 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños ubicada en la playa es uno de los mejores valores para vivir frente al mar en 30A. Ambos baños totalmente renovados en 2017. Nuevas puertas correderas del lado del golfo agosto de 2018. Nuevo sofá cama Queen y Love Seat en den 2017. Nueva pintura interior 2017. Disfrutar del sonido de las olas mientras te quedas a dormir y se despierta a increíbles vistas de la playa. La casa está orientada al oeste y cuenta con dos grandes balcones - uno fuera de la sala principal en el segundo piso y uno en el dormitorio principal en el tercer piso - lo que permite increíbles vistas del atardecer! La casa es parte de un pequeño complejo llamado Walton dunas que está convenientemente situado en una tranquila zona residencial de Santa Rosa Beach, aproximadamente a 3 millas de la playa y 7 millas de la playa de Rosemary. A quedar aquí se obtiene lo mejor de ambos mundos - usted está muy cerca de los restaurantes y actividades en Santa Rosa Beach, acuarela, Mar, Alys Beach y la playa de Rosemary, pero que está escondido en un tramo tranquilo, con poca gente de la playa que se permite a retirarse por completo. Seagrove Walton Dunes

Perfect location for a beach getaway! The condo was great and easy access to all restaurants/stores along 30-A. This is our second stay at this unit and we will be back next year.

Beach view was great. I had stayed in this unit before, and unfortunately it was not nearly as nice this time. It looked like the owners had put the bare minimum in to rent it. I usually stay with another owner in the Walton Dunesm and thus unit now pales in comparison, although it used to be superior. I understand it is for sale and perhaps that is why.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving, we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and the decor. You have everything you need in the kitchen to cook a great meal. My two teenage daughters had plenty of space in the second bedroom to spend a week comfortably. The master bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the master shower. From either balcony, the view is breathtaking. Just a few steps away from the front door is the gated walkway to the private, quiet, relaxing beach. While you're there, be sure to try the Donut Hole, Shade's, Grace's Pizza and Pickle's.

The coforter in the master bedroom wasn't clean, under furniture needed cleaning. The condo needs a little updating and repairing overall. Ceilings show signs of water damage in living room and master bedroom. The management company was great to work with and I would definitely use them again for a different property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was cut short due to Hurricane Helene. Coming from NC our flights were cancelled and then delayed, but once we arrived all was good. The unit was comfortable and clean. The views are fantastic and private beach access is so convenient. An improvement would be a keyless entry instead of trying to keep up with a key and a hairdryer. I never travel with one and I couldn't find any in the upstairs bathrooms. Overall, our stay was a pleasant one.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the short walk to the beach. Townhouse was clean and nice plus affordable for a family. Amazing views from the balconies every day!

Great location

Bathrooms have been updated. Needs a paint job and deep cleaning. Air vents dirty . Nice to have broom to sweep in wanted. I have stayed at other units. Beds were comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Walton Dunes and have stayed there almost every year. #2 is awesome because you can sit on he balcony and watch the sunsets. The furniture is nice and the place is clean. The only downside is the stairs. I’m 68 and my cousin is 72 and lugging our stuff up two flights of stairs is awful. Need better lighting in dining room, kitchen and living room. This place is about 30-40 steps to the beach - you can’t be any closer!

Fantastic location

Overall property was great. It was right on the beach with private access. Easy check in/out process. Most of the unit has been updated. Could still use some paint (Kilz) to cover what looks like mold a few places in the kitchen. The master bedroom mattress is in desperate red of replacement. Two TV remotes need replacement as well as the buttons don’t all work. Little things that would make it a 5-star unit.

Walton Dunes Unit 2 great location

Loved the location and the private beach access. Was very inconvenient only having one fob for the gate to the private beach access. Also my son had rented a golf cart for the week to use to get around to the hub and down to Seaside and such as there was nothing in rental agreement regarding golf carts not being allowed. The next day I received a notice that the owner of unit 1 who is head of HOA said it was against HOA RULES to have a golf cart and that it must be removed from the premises. Very disappointing for us and especially my son since there was nothing in rental agreement. We noticed after this incident the listing for this unit was updated to state no golf carts allowed. Rental agreements should reflect HOA Rules that renters must follow, not after the fact.

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and have always enjoyed our stay. This year they only provide you with one "fob" per unit for the beach gate. This was very troublesome for our trip since we had 3 teenage kiddos with us. Lots of back and forth running to the gate access. Hopefully, by our next trip this will be resolved. Overall a nice unit to stay at.

Lovely spring break stay

Had a lovely stay with our family of 6. Knowing the weather could be unpredictable, I wanted an ocean view so I could watch the sunset from inside if I couldn’t be on the beach. This was perfect! We loved the inclusion of a credit for beach gear rental. We rented bikes and had a great time since the water was closed for half our stay due to strong currents. Great location for our needs. The cleaning crew could be a little better—sandy kitchen counter and pantry floor, but nothing we couldn’t take care of ourselves quickly upon arrival. It’s a typical rental quality unit, but the beds were all very comfortable. We would definitely rent again.

Great getaway

We absolutely love staying here. So close to the beach, clean quarters and a great place to spend valuable time with the family. This condo is such a jewel. This is our second time staying in this unit and we will be back.

The wagon Funes waterfront is not nearly as crowded as the beaches closer to public access. We love being close to the lake, as our kiddos love to explore there. The double balconies offer great ocean views. There’s plenty of parking and easy beach access, The kitchen is adequate for our family’s needs. We appreciate the two full baths upstairs and the washer and dryer provided. This particular unit had built in bunks That made our stay very enjoyable.
