Great vacay

We had a wonderful visit…everything was just as promised. The property manager was easy to get it touch with when we got locked out. Thanks for a great holiday stay!

Family vacation

Very nice house in a good location. Easy bike ride to beach and the community pool is right across the street. We even went to the beach club for a day. Everyone in our group loved the house and location.

Great family vacation house

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The location was perfect - pool right across the street and a little field for the kids to play pick-up baseball. The property was clean and well-maintained. The management was responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back!

It’s a little far from the beach if you plan on walking it biking (10 min in a bike) but the scenery made the ride worth it.

Just Perfect

This property is truly a gem! The location is excellent especially with the open yard area on the side. We enjoyed the Dragonfly Pool directly across the street and the ease of getting to the beach and pools and grocery store. The Moke was icing on the cake! We will definitely return!

ANOTHER GREAT WATERCOLOR ADVENTURE!

This was the second trip for our group at Watercolor…amazing week! This house is in the perfect location….it is quiet and a great pool across the street. Our group enjoyed Camp Watercolor and the beach…just a short car ride or nice walk / bike ride. Last year, we were one block from Camp Watercolor but our group agreed that the peace and quiet was worth the short distance to other amenities. This is a perfect spot! Thanks for having us.

The house was very clean and everything was working. The kitchen had the essentials needed to cook and the outdoor grill was clean as well. The golf cart worked like a charm! Great Extended Family Getaway

What an incredible mini family reunion we all had! The property was perfect for our large group. The location of the house in Watercolor was exactly where we preferred to be. Having the bikes and golf cart was a plus! The house was large and spacious. The property management company was very attentive to our needs. The only thing we all agreed on was the home itself could definitely use some surface and detailed cleaning. We look forward in coming back next year for my Mother's 85th birthday! We look

Annual Summer Trip with Friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was lovely and the layout was perfect. We loved having the grassy field right next to the house. There could have been more amenities provided inside the house, such as towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. The coffee mugs were dirty when we arrived, as well. The 9 am checkout also seemed unusual, as usually it’s 10 am. It’s hard to get 9 people out of a house that early.

Property is fantastic and enjoyed the bikes with a problem with the golf cart not working there were only two trash bags for a week stay and no extra toilet paper. There were no stables like ketchup, mustard, and no beach chairs, toys or beach equipment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was the perfect getaway for our family and friends. We had 5 kids with us under the age of 5 and this home was perfect. The Watercolor community is phenomenal. We took the Moke down to the beach club and Camp Watercolor daily. The amenities were fantastic. The distance to the beach club and other amenities was not a big deal for us at all - the kids actually loved the commute with the Moke. Beach Habitats team was very responsive and professional. Overall I would highly recommend this rental, it was a great experience.

One small thing that i will note. The Moke is not technically a golf court so do not park in golf cart parking(we got a $100 ticket during our stay). The house and community is great. Would 100% stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the home was accurately described and the neighborhood was just wonderful, we were disappointed in a few areas. 1. There was a terrible musty/mold/urine smell in the upstairs primary bedroom and upon notifying the supervisor, they sent someone out and said their was nothing that could be done. They mentioned it was the rug and didn’t even offer to remove the rug. We weren’t able to sleep at all. 2. Upon arrival they mentioned that we would be receiving more towels because there was an inadequate supply but no one ever came or followed up. 3. Several pots and pans were put back into the cabinet completely filthy (like we had to scrub them overnight since there was so much grime). Overall, the stay was great but these few areas of customer service and cleanliness could use some work.

Wonderful home

Summersweet house was such a perfect spot for our friends and family during our Watercolor stay. We loved getting around town in the Moke and hanging out back at the home. Can't wait to come back!

Property is as advertised. Close to Publix and within walking distance of neighborhood Dragonfly Pool. Common area is huge and very relaxing for two families of four to all hang out. 4 Bedrooms is perfect, including the bunk room.

Family Beach Vacay

We had a great vacation. The house is lovely and spacious as pictured. It’s nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside but close enough for your family to hop on the bikes and in the golf cart and enjoy all the amenities of the Watercolor community. During our down time we loved doing the property’s 1000 piece puzzles. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the cookware. Habitat Beach / property manager was amazing, very responsive and accommodating. The property’s Moke became available during our stay and Habitat Beach switched it out with the golf cart that was on the property. Although the Moke only seats 4-5 we were the envy of the roads, we got a lot of compliments ..it’s super cute!

Great Stay in 30A!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: just got back from a wonderful week with the family in Watercolor. This is only the second time we have been to 30A and last year we stayed in a condo in the beach district within walking distance to the beach club. The reason I reference this is because I was a little concerned about the location of this property being a bit further away. So, if this is a concern of yours let me ease your concerns. This property is beautiful home located next to a small park, which is great for playing games, throwing a football, baseball or kicking a soccer ball. It is also right across the street from one of the nine pools in Watercolor and this pool is typically not crowded at all. It's also conveniently located very close to a very nice Publix grocery store. We brought a lot of our own food but also picked up some fantastic fresh sea food and other items while we were there (BTW, the people that worked at Publix were also very friendly and helpful!). The house also comes with a 6 person golf cart and five bikes which made getting around very easy. Lastly, Beach Habitats was very courteous and helpful throughout our stay -Claire was our main point of contact and she was great!. Ultimately, I would highly recommend this home and we are already looking to book it again sometime next summer!

Great property but golf cart was misrepresented

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. Reasonable walk (sidewalks) to the beach and very close to the pool. The golf cart was NOT the cute, Moke golf cart featured in the photos at booking!!! We had issues with the golf cart provided, but maintenance was prompt and adequate. It did accommodate 6 people at least and 5 bikes were available, as listed. The kitchen was well stocked. Could have used a griddle and there is no Kuerig...just a standard coffee pot. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
