We had such a wonderful time! Such a great location! The pool heater broke and Mark quickly had it fixed so we could be back in the pool!

Beautifully decorated, well equipped WaterColor home for family Easter weekend. Conveniently located near Camp WaterColor and lovely walking trails. The porches and heated pool were thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely recommend.

Amazing As Usual

We have stayed at this house on multiple occasions and keep coming back to it. We love the central location overlooking the Great Lawn and Camp Watercolor--but perched just on the other side to keep it quiet and relaxing. The fact there are no houses on 3 sides brings in so much natural light and privacy, even though you're in the middle of it all. The home itself is amazing, and we appreciate the pool and the golf cart. Can't wait to return next year for another memorable week.

We are frequent visitors of WC and this house was an absolute winner. Great location for our family to access Camp WC right across the street and the Beach club was a short bike ride or golf cart ride. House was spacious for our large family and the beds were very comfortable too! Just a quick walk or bike ride and you’re in seaside! We can’t wait to return!

Delightful family time in Watercolors

Quiet neighborhood. Bike paths and trails behind and to the side and a turtle pond in front of us. High ceilings and impeccable furnishings. 6 well maintained bicycles. Beautiful deck and modest pool, expansive kitchen, LR, DR. Six bedrooms with en-suite baths. EZ walk to pool complex and beach club. Also not far from Seaside shopping, food trucks and Publix. Mark was a super attentive and responsive host. Made many memories. We didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful Home, Great Trip!

Our family had a great trip to Watercolor and love staying at this home. The location was ideal--walking distance to Camp Watercolor and the Great Lawn but far enough away you don't hear it all. Kids loved having the trails right behind us to bike all over and go into Seaside. The house itself was gorgeous and so nice to have open air and sunshine on three sides. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in Watercolor

The House was just as advertised. Mark was extremely attentive to help in planning. It’s a beautiful house with space for everyone in a great location. I would definitely rent this house again for a big group.

Amazing Stay!

Incredible house with everything you could possibly need! We had 14 in our group and had plenty of space for everyone. The third floor was perfect for older kids to have their own space. Beautiful trails right out the back door and super close to Camp Watercolor. Would 100% stay here again!

It was just as advertised and perfect for our party

Property was in great condition. Its location was perfect for walking to the various attractions. The various areas within the house was perfect for everyone to gather and enjoy each others company. The perfect house for a big group. We had 12 in our party. Definite 5 star property.

Best Family Spring House Ever!!!

Our family of 11 had an absolute blast staying at Mark’s house in Watercolor this spring break. The house is absolutely amazing and super comfortable for several families with kids (there are 10 beds on the 3rd floor + 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms!!). The first floor is great for entertaining with an open (gourmet) kitchen + living room that feeds into a back deck with pool + boss BBQ (the doors between inside and out outside open up completely for an inside/outside living feel). The watercolor community is perfect for families as well with several community pool spots, a beach club (with 3 pools as well), tennis/pickleball complex, shops/restaurants galore, unlimited bike paths in the woods / along the water / within the neighborhood streets, fishing, and best of all everything is a golf cart ride away (golf cart included!).

We had a fantastic week. The house was as advertised and so nice, with the pool, great beds, nice kitchen, the golf cart and the bikes. The location is awesome and the Watercolor amenities were so nice and convenient. Mark was so proactive and made sure check in and check out was smooth and communicated so very well before, during and after. Should we find ourselves in WaterColor again, we will be staying at this property 100%.

We had a lovely first stay in Watercolor in this home. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, clean, and had a nice modern layout. We loved that it was more private than others and backed to the trails instead of another home. The pool is a bit small but it’s very close to Camp Watercolor and we found that to be enjoyable. The LSV inclusion was an added benefit and we were able to get all around Watercolor and Seaside without our rental car which we would possibly forego next time. The host was also easily reachable when we had any questions. Highly recommend and plan to stay here again!

Fantastic stay at a beautiful home near Camp Watercolor!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated home! Its location near Camp Watercolor was perfect for our family, and the golf cart provided was in excellent shape, making it easy to explore the Watercolor. The home had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly made it feel like our own. We had fun feeding turtles across the street, and the kids loved riding their bikes along the scenic trails right behind the house. Trips to the beach club, beach, and restaurants were effortless, and we were genuinely sad to leave, as it felt so much like home.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Watercolor Brushstrokes. The house was beautiful. It was very clean, well stocked and perfect for our family. When we arrived it was a breath of fresh air walking into this home knowing our stay was going to be comfortable and clean. Our girls loved the top floor, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a bit smaller than the pictures made it out to be but it was still nice to have for a dip, but not big enough for much more. It was nice having the indoor/outdoor living setup. We enjoyed sitting on the pool deck quite a bit and having the trail and privacy behind the house made for a peaceful spot for relaxing. The house is very close to Camp Watercolor which was fun and pretty close to the lake which was also nice for our family. The house is farther from the beach club than we thought it would be which made for more planning on our part on the days we went there because it wasn’t as easy to just pop back and forth. The beach and beach club were very crowded and loud. Not quite what we were expecting and you have to pay for chairs and an umbrella unless you want to be at the far back. Which was not ideal for kids since we couldn’t see them playing from so far back. However, we made it work and ended up having some nice beach days. Watercolor itself was not our favorite place. Way too crowded, and extra charges for everything. But overall, the house itself was nice and we would recommend for families.
